The room is very big, beautiful and unique. The floor height is very high and the roof is very beautiful. It is in the city center and is surrounded by attractions. The breakfast is okay. I will continue to stay here next time.

It is a very beautiful designed hotel, just in the heart of the historic center. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and healthy, with a really unbeatable view! (watching the Panecillo while having breakfast!!!)

This place is amazing! The breakfast was delicious. The eggs were the best I have ever had. The staff is helpful and friendly. Don’t be put off by the small alley location. It is in the historic district and I highly recommend it! It’s clean and close to restaurants and La Compañía church.

The room is lovely, pretty and roomy. Beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is great. The staff were helpful, friendly and overall the experience was excellent. It was not expensive and the breakfast is generous. It is also located within walking distance of the old city and lots or things to see and do.

This is a wonderful hotel! It’s in a very safe area, walking distance from some nice restaurants. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful, and served on the rooftop. There’s hot water in the rooms, we loved our balcony, and the staff is very helpful. Would certainly come back!

We loved everything about Friends. Our room was large with 2 beds (comfy with plenty of pillows) as requested. The rooftop breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very clean and each staff member was so nice and helpful. Only downfall was lots of steps which was not a problem for us but could be for some. We would definitely stay here again.
