The hotel is originally located near the city center and is very unique, but it is quite noisy. When the service desk phone rings, it can be heard in many rooms. If someone rings the doorbell at night, the whole hotel can hear it. The breakfast is very good, but because I paid the full price , because Ctrip failed to pay the hotel, the hotel asked me to pay one more time, which is very expensive! In addition, the processing process took two hours, and I only stayed for one day. It was a waste of my time and the processing method was very poor!

Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff so very helpful with our late arrival.and very early departure. Roberto was wonderful and cooked and served our dinner both nights. portions were large and food quite good, especially enjoyed the shrimp scampi.shrimp.skewer appy (they let you mix and match) and the cheese and meat plate was really tasty. Wine selection not bad and certainly reasonable. Roberto also carried our luggage up and was so friendly and accommodating. Hotel set up airport transfers for us both ways and all worked smoothly. Great place to stay just a few blocks from the center. Would definitely go back!

This welcoming, ideal boutique hotel is buried in the heart of historic Quito. This quaint, centrally located hotel is kept impeccably clean and rooms are nicely appointed with all the travel essentials and necessities, with nice artistic touches that give it unique character and charm. Of note, the staff were excellent in their service and English was widely and fluently spoken. Communication with the staff prior to our arrival was timely and helpful. The rooftop terrace offers views of El Pancillo and the old town - the perfect venue for your morning coffee or evening, night cap drink. Part of the terrace is also covered in case of rain. You can feel secure and rest assured for your own safety as the venue security protocols are thorough. Airport transfers can be readily arranged through the hotel. You're a short 10 min walk into the old town from the hotel. Sadly we couldn't indulge in the breakfast as we had to depart early, although the dining area looked very nice. This is a highly recommended boutique hotel that won't leave you disappointed.

Its a very small property. Great location and each of the rooms is very unique. The staff were attentive. A short walk to everything you want to see in the old town. It has its own charm. If you are looking for something unique try this property.

A beautiful small hotel right in the centro histórico quito, reasonably priced, excellent personal service. They were very good catering to my mothers special dietary needs. It was also nice and quiet here. The decor is gorgeous with great views from the rooftop terrace.

Located a short walk from the Grand Plaza in the Old town, the hotel offers everything one needs during a stay. Our stay in room 1 was pleasant. The bed was good and bathroom small but overall pleasant. Items we noted during our stay to be aware of include: - The center courtyard gets cold at night - Noise transfers well from the courtyard to rooms

What a delightful and charming hotel. Newly renovated in the heart of the old city. The staff was excellent. They arranged tours, gave us guidance to attractions, prepared a delicious breakfast (omelette, fruit, bread and this tamale filled with corn and cheese)Their recommendations were spot on for us. The location in the old town made it easy to get around on foot. The hotel set us up with dinner reservations at LaVid and made sure we had a table on the balcony overlooking the square. This newly decorated hotel was small and charming. We hated to leave. One more thing - beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend this place and discovered no negatives. (My husband says I am usually picky)

Beautiful small boutique hotel right near the Old Town Quito. Walking distance to tourist sites, shopping and decent restaurants. Our two-story room with a bedroom on each floor was very clean and extremely comfortable for sleeping. The breakfasts each morning were very good. There is a quiet bar where we had drinks each night after dinner. The staff was extremely helpful in providing advice and arranging transportation around Quito, the surrounding area and to/from the airport. Overall, a great place to stay when in Quito.

My husband, 2 adult children and I stayed at Adamas for 3 nights in January. Making reservations, arranging transport to/from the airport and taking a day trip to Mitad del Mundo was so easy! And the prices were very reasonable. When communicating with Adamas over WhatsApp, Ana was always quick to respond. Since we are a family of 4 and I wanted a “family” room, I wanted to communicate directly with a “real” person to guarantee availability and get more details about the room before plugging in all of our personal info and my credit card number. Surprisingly, quite a few boutique hotels took 2-7 days to respond to my questions. (That did not leave a good impression). Adamas clearly stood out with willingness to communicate, which then set the positive tone for our stay. The hotel was so clean and breakfast was delicious. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was friendly and gave good advice recommending restaurants and places to visit. Great location right in the middle of the historic center! I would definitely recommend staying at Adamas in Quito!
