I had a bad experience, specially after I got messages from the hotel telling me that I experienced what I did because I booked it the way I did and because of me booking online I was not able to see the proper information of what I was looking for. I found a lot of dirt under the toilet and shower. I also had a leak on top of the sink that almost ruined my personal cleaning items.

Very good place to stay. Close restaurants, malls, discos and accessible to the bus/train stations. Place is quiet and secure. Can walk on the street at any time. I was with two more friends and they reserved us a department, with 3 beds in 2 separate rooms. It has a cozy living room as well. Daniel's attention was amazing. I would recommend this hotel!

At the outset they coordinate your pick-up at the airport and no one is there when you arrive. The bathrooms are very narrow and the curtain touches your shoulder. The lighting in the room was very poor. The restaurant only operates until 7:00 p.m. The worst thing is that comments are made and no one takes action on them.
