I had a bad experience, specially after I got messages from the hotel telling me that I experienced what I did because I booked it the way I did and because of me booking online I was not able to see the proper information of what I was looking for. I found a lot of dirt under the toilet and shower. I also had a leak on top of the sink that almost ruined my personal cleaning items.

At the outset they coordinate your pick-up at the airport and no one is there when you arrive. The bathrooms are very narrow and the curtain touches your shoulder. The lighting in the room was very poor. The restaurant only operates until 7:00 p.m. The worst thing is that comments are made and no one takes action on them.

The hotel has an excellent location, the breakfast is rich buffet style. The staff is always willing to help. We requested room service from the restaurant and everything was very tasty, the quality - price ratio is very good.
