Fantastic hotel, breakfast, gym and spa. Everything was great condition. The room smelled amazing. All shower gels etc were great quality. The service was very friendly.

The hotel is pretty good, relatively safe, and the facilities are okay. The curtains are electric. The only difference is the bathroom. All toilets in South America are very average.

Although the hotel is relatively old, it is well maintained and has good internal management and services. The location is good and relatively safe. There is a Chinese restaurant Happy Panda behind the hotel. The taste is bland, not the kind of sweet and heavy dishes that foreigners like. It is recommended.

Large suite for a super reasonable price. Centrally located in Quito. We had 2 tours pick us up there and they held our bags for us all day till we could check in. Very comfortable beds.

We had towels that were extremely worn out which was surprising because everything else was above our expectations. Would still stay there again and again.
