This hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly. Parking with enough space for everyone. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The only downside is the light in the rooms despite the closed curtain. Top quality/price ratio I recommend ++

After two reservations and 4 nights spent in November, I highly recommend this new establishment. The premises are new (about a year old). Guarded car parks: free exterior or interior paying 12€, very practical with direct access to the rooms. Very professional welcome, with kindness and a smile. Pleasant atmosphere, relaxing natural colors. Room at the height of a 3 star, very clean, good bedding, heating a little noisy. Quite decent breakfast, welcomed with a smile and enthusiasm! Very good independent restaurant "les 2 zebres": good products, original choices, nice wine list. Great welcome from the boss Jean-Jacques! My new Toulouse foothold.

It's not possible to adjust the heating = summer mode still on = we're dying. Fairly hard mattress. No additional duvet available. Rather ideal location. Parking available and monitored Downside on breakfast. At this price range we expect better. New, quite pleasing to the eye if you don't pay attention to the detail. For this price usually the buffet is much better.

But, the room reserved for us was not made up....... we were immediately given another room with the bathtub/shower mixer which did not work.......
