Arrived to the hotel on Monday 18th the person in the front desk was pretty good she took my information down and the payment. She saw me with my dog and yet she did not asked any questions since this isn’t a pet friendly hotel, maybe she assumed gi was a service animal which is fine. Two days after one of the manager saw me and started asking her employees about the paperwork (yelling at them in a very unprofessional manner). The room was fairly clean but it did not have internet. I let the front desk know they send a technician within 30 minutes, he tried to fix the issue, changed the internet box like 3 times and left. I still didn’t have internet. Next day I went to the front desk with the same issue, they sent a different technician, he replaced the modern again also the tv and left he said he was going to be back and never did. Nobody followed up with me, I was without internet for 5 days. I had to go back to the front desk to ask for a solution, they offered me to move to another room, I did. Next day I was walking through the lobby with my dog and a kid ran into us and my dog started barking because he was afraid, one of the manager her name is Christy I believe she looked at me as if I was a criminal in front of everyone. 30 minutes after someone knocked on my room door very hard I though there was an emergency, it was this manager Cristy (I believe that’s her name) she didn’t even introduce herself and very rudely told me that my son needed to leave the hotel, I told her he wasn’t a pet but and emotional support animal and he wasn’t going anywhere, so she told me that we both needed to leave the hotel or she was going to call the police, all of this in a very unprofessional and unethical manner. I showed her the documents and she said they didn’t mean anything and when I told that what she was doing was illegal she turned her back on me and left. Obituary she didn’t call the police (maybe she did a little bit of research) I unfortunately this doesn’t end here. It’s been a week since the housekeeper went to my room even though I’ve been requesting it in the front desk for 4 days now. On Wednesday I waited in the lobby from 9am to 1pm nobody went to clean the room and today, July 30,2022 I left the room this morning after advising the front desk that the dog wasn’t going to be in the room to please go to find out at 1:30pm that it wasn’t clean, I went again to the front desk and turned out they had me under a different room number in the system, it’s almost 3pm and I’m still in the lobby waiting for my room to be cleaned, some fresh sheets and towels (is it too much? I didn’t honk so) I don’t know what to believe anymore, I just feel like I’ve been discriminated against I don’t feel happy or safe in this hotel and the service/treatment has been not only horribly bad but unfortunate and unfair. Everyone know who I am because I’m the only person with an emotional support animal staying in this oweful hotel right now in case someone want

I booked this hotel because it was the least expensive place I found anywhere remotely close to Boston. While it was far from cheap, it was affordable. It's also a very nice hotel. I arrived just shortly after noon. The desk clerk was extremely pleasant and accommodating. While I expected to just leave my bags and go out exploring, he actually checked me into a room immediately. The hotel couldn't be better located. It's a block and a half to the North Quincy 'T' station. You can go from your room to the red line platform in five minutes and then easily get anywhere greater Boston. While for some reason they keep the front door locked at all times, the area around the hotel seems quite safe. It's mostly transit-oriented development--brand new condo towers and a variety of chain stores and restaurants. The room was large, immaculate, and quite well appointed. The only thing I'd improve is the lighting. It seemed quite dark both by day and night. Some overhead lighting options would be nice. Another quirk was that the alarm clock was set to the wrong time, and there didn't appear to be any way to set it correctly. While I use my phone as the actual alarm, I do like to look at the clock if I should wake in the middle of the night. With one exception, the hotel facilities seemed quite nice. The exception is the ice machines. They are strange (quite different than what most hotels use), and they seem to break down frequently. They really should swap these out for a more standard alternative. Those quirks do not lower my rating, though. The room was nice, and the breakfast was also quite good. When I return to the Boston area, I'll very likely stay here again.

Stayed Nov 19 to 27, 2022 as house is being renovated. eventually we transferred to Hyatt Place. DOES NOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN SLOGAN OF” 10 POINT ROOM CLEANING PROCESS” uploaded photos are proof. Everything that reviewers said ”stench smell when you enter the hallway, smelly carpeted rooms, dirty rooms, place is dark (maybe that's the reason why it doesn't look safe) are true. the pillow case they gave me has blood stains. the floor was never even mop as there are dark spots and are sticky under my shoes/sleepers (shown in the photo), the bar handle in the bathroom is full of black stuff maybe molds (again in the photo) I didn't even dare to touch it.) THEY SHOULD RE- TRAIN THEIR HOUSEKEEPING OR HIRESSOMEONE THAT REALLY KNOW HOW TO CLEAN. YOUR SLOGAN IS ABOUT HOW YOU CLEAN THE PLACE YET IT IS SO DIRTY. But for those reviewer who complains about breakfast, I don't agree. it is a TO GO breakfast so don't expect too much that's why its to go. besides, you already have a stove inside your room, why don't you make you're own breakfast! this places needs updating big time, the carpet should be changed (too dark, looks like its the original since it was built and its not clean well or they never do deep cleaning as it smells. added to that is the light that make the place so dark and dingy. Not recommended. Its a place that you will not be happy to go back to. very opposite of the commercial they have on their television that it feels like home. It doesnt feel like home.

The overall is not bad, the service is okay, the room is clean but the room is a bit small. Sound insulation is also good. The location is ok and the price/performance ratio is high.

The location is very good, the outside of the window is the invincible water feature. The lobby has fruit tea and iced coffee to ensure that the breakfast is very good, both hot and cold fruit juice coffee. The bedding is clean and the pillows are comfortable.
