The room did not even come close to the photos. When traveling a 1000+miles,0 you book a room that looks comfortable le for the evening.thinking you're getting a couple of chairs to relax in. Not even close. A window bench and a fiberglass office chair. Not the amenities we booked this motel for.

Our last stay 2 yrs ago we woke up to ants climbing on our bed and mentioned that when we checked in. We turned on air conditioner and it was so loud we couldn’t sleep- it was almost midnight when we arrived and did not want to change rooms as we had unpacked and already sprayed down the room with Lysol. Mod bought us a fan that was so dirty gross I just put it in the closet- didn’t need that dust or mites flying around the room. I. The morning taking a shower the water was past my ankles and my husband had to wait 15 mins for it to drain before he could shower….and it was stopped up to his ankles.

Rooms were tidy enough. Views from river-facing rooms are quite pretty. Staff was easygoing and nice. Did not get bed bugs.

Beware of this hotel. I was asked how many guests will be checking in, when i said 2 adults i was then asked if my guest was also another male. After that i was told locals need to pay a $200 deposit. NO WHERE in the ******* booking page does it mention that and ******* confirmed tbis. I am out $147 because i refused to be discriminated and taken advantage of. Of and ibwas ask how much i had if i dodnt have 200. 50? 100? What is this a bartering hotel? If i slipped him a 20 would he have treated me better?

I thought the customer service was great. I wish I would’ve paid attention to name tag or asked the gentleman who checked me in and out was very professional, helpful, polite courteous and such. I was in town for a graduation at Culver Stockton coming from Cali and would definitely recommend!

No frills but all one needs for a good nights sleep in a safe, clean environment with a comfortable bed. I requested the river view which was beautiful.
