The staff were the most unfriendly and unhelpful I have ever experienced in our many visits to France! They favoured the Styles customers and when I complained at the lack of space,kettle and sink plug I was told" what do you expect this is Budget!!"

Basic and no redeeming features except the breakfast!! No pictures no chair no bathroom( basin and shower part of the bedroom with a net curtain divider) !! No plug in the wash basin no room to close the door when seated in the toilet!! Almost all of the staff unhelpful and uncaring( one was OK who we saw on our first day and not again! Unfortunately we booked 3 night stay!) Payment was requested on arrival which we compiled with,only to realise that this was probably done to contend with complaints on seeing the accommodation...never again!!) This was the worst holiday we have ever had in France and upset me very much...to be treated with such lack of respect as to tell me on complaining about the lack of a plug...what do you expect..you booked budget!! Well budget in England still gives you a good level of accommodation and I would expect a decent hotel in France to do the same!! This holiday was like being in prison..a pokey,blank walled room with no creature comforts except for the paid for breakfast!! Never ever again Ibis Brest😡

Petit hôtel,avec un personnel extrêmement sympathique des 3receptionnistes que nous avons vu ,très gentils ,bienveillant. Et bien ça fait du bien ,des gens aussi sympa.chambres propres et très agréables..par contre ibis budget hennebont à fuir, une odeur de cigarette partt à étouffer.. et très sale..honteux

Ma mère et ma tante ont séjourné chez vous la nuit du 3 septembre 2024. Elles tiennent sincèrement à remercier les réceptionnistes lors de l'arrivée, qui ont été particulièrement chaleureux, attentionnés et professionnels. Elles en ont été profondément touchées. Un grand MERCI à vous!!

Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et bien équipées en prises de courant. Points négatif: l'hôtel est complètement isolé dans une zone industrielle et loin de tout commerce, mais proche de la voie rapide. Le réceptionniste du matin s'est montré moyennement aimable, à la limite du mépris, car nous avons choisi le petit-déjeuner express. De ce fait, nous avons eu l'impression de ne pas être considérés comme les autres clients. Lorsque le matin du départ j'ai fait remarquer que malgré ma demande, nous n'avions pas eu de ménage entre les 2 nuits de notre séjour, il m'a répondu que c'était lui qui avait changé les serviettes. Nous ne nous en étions pas rendu compte car elles ont été remises exactement à l'endroit où nous les avions laissées. C'est tout : pas un coup de balai et les lits n'ont même pas été faits, contrairement aux autres hôtels de la marque. Voici la conclusion de la conversation avec les propos du réceptionniste, probablement vexé par ces remarques: "Le séjour est terminé?" Réponse affirmative de ma part, puis li me rétorque sur un ton très expéditif: "Alors, au revoir !"

La prima impressione è stata positiva ma, arrivati in stanza ci siamo dovuti ricredere. Il wc era sporco all'interno (si può immaginare di che cosa) e all'esterno (di polvere e capelli). La doccia aveva un'anta rotta, sostituita da una tenda . Per terra, in bagno e nella stanza, capelli e lanuggine. Il secondo giorno non ci hanno neppure rifatto la stanza e, quando sono andata a fare le mie rimostranze alla reception, l'addetto, dopo aver verificato il numero della stanza e il tempo di permanenza, si è scusato e mi ha dato gli asciugamani puliti. Quando ho prenotato, convinta che Ibis fosse un sinonimo di qualità, ho prenotato per ben 3 notti in questo albergo, che ci serviva come base per poter esplorare i dintorni di Quimper. La colazione (fortunatamente compresa nel prezzo) era, a dir poco, scarna, pochissima scelta tra dolce e salato. Se potete, soggiornate altrove.

Présence d'insectes et de piqures signalés le jour du départ. Le réceptionniste (yves) m'a envoyé balader comme rarement. N'importe quel hôtel IBIS en France aurait été confus de cette situation, pas celui de quimper. Je précise que je suis un habitué du groupe accord et des hotel ibis... Vous êtes constenant
