Hotel is around 20 minutes far from gare du Quimper by walk.
Everything was clean, but only ceiling is not clean. But I am okay with that.
I arrived the hotel late, but there was information in front of the main entrance with wrong number in English. I was nervous that I can't enter the building, because there isn't way to call the hotel.
But after then, I found correct number in French, and person in charge informed me how can I enter the main entrance. He was kind. (I told it to reception, so she might change it) But I couldn't face the person in charge at around 22:00, and there is only way by call. Anyway, I could easily take a key (It was in the mail box with password) and enter the room.
For the next day, the person in charge at reception was kind. She kept my luggage kindly for my trip.

Stayed here for the location to Benodet front and it was fantastic for this - couple of minutes walk to beach and everything that Benodet offers - Stayed beginning of July so plenty of parking - we were overlooking the main road which suited us for people watching and privacy - We would definitely come back but rated it a 4* not a 5* rating as the property surroundings are looking a bit tired - such small things that could make such a first impression better - the communal areas like lift floors are scruffy, reception had cracked glass window, hedges are overgrown on paths, pool had edge coming away - all at beginning of season so still time to smarten maybe - ? If you want to be central and have somewhere nice to come back to then this is great

The hotel we chose to come to Quimper seemed to us well given the many positive advice but we had to cancel our 6 nights reservation in the standard room, unless we were wrong, we understood that the PMR rooms were not The price was that in the premium, therefore, more expensive, but we didn't know, it was not specified when booking on the internet.

The hotel is located 10 minutes from Quimper, only reached by car. nice staff. Renoved rooms with essential furniture, functional bathroom but everything is clean. Good breakfast and discreetly varies. No lift. There is a dinner possibility at the hotel restaurant.

GGuest UserDas Hotel liegt sehr außerhalb in einem Industriegebiet. Da wir spät ankamen, war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und wir mussten mit einem Code ins Hotel und ins Zimmer. Im Bad war ein großer Schimmelfleck an der Wand und die Dusche war an sämtlichen Stellen schimmelig. Das Fenster war uralt, hält keinerlei Lärm ab und war ebenfalls schimmelig. Da die Rezeption ja nicht besetzt war, mussten wir in dem klammen Zimmer schlafen. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir uns direkt an den Hotelmanager gewandt. Er sah absolut kein Problem und ist recht patzig geworden, als wir ihn um ein anderes Zimmer oder die Erstattung für die kommende Nacht gebeten haben, damit wir uns ein anderes Hotel suchen können. Er könne nicht verstehen, warum uns das bisschen Schimmel stört, er hätte sich noch niemand beschwert. Da wir nicht alles auf französisch verstanden haben, haben wir darum gebeten, dass er englisch mit uns spricht. Daraufhin meinte er nur, er sei Franzose und da spreche er eben französisch. Ein anderes Zimmer könne er uns nicht geben, da das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Ach langem Hin und Her ist er wütend aus dem Zimmer gerannt und plötzlich konnte er uns doch ein anderes Zimmer anbieten. Das war zumindest nicht klamm und hatte nur leicht Schimmel am Vorhang und ein bisschen in der Dusche. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, dem Standort von Ibis Budgets entsprechend. Wir sind seit vielen Jahren begeisterte Ibis und Ibis Budget Nutzer, aber sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt!

My room 24 while nice was incredibly small with possibly the narrowest entry door to a hotel room I have seen and a bedroom that was just too small for what they had in it which wasn’t a lot. While the room was clean and all the fixtures and fittings were nice it just felt too tight with a small space on one side of the bed and the end of the bed. There was an oversized lounge chair which looked like it may have converted to a single bed which would have made the space even tighter and while there was no desk there was a small round table that you could move to the chair to use a makeshift desk but it was incredibly heavy and awkward to move. There was no real closet or storage just some shelves and an open hanging area and a large wall mounted LCD TV. I had two suitcases and was constantly having to move these to get around. The bathroom like the rest of the space felt incredibly tight but was modern and clean but the lack of a door on the shower meant that the bathroom floor got very wet. The hotel had free parking and while I was there the hotel seemed to be being used by some of the participants in the Tour de Bretagne I think it was called and was filled with some beautiful classic cars. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Quimper near an industrial area and a car would be necessary as there wasn’t a lot within the immediate area within walking distance from what I saw. The hotel was fine but the rooms are just way too small for two people.
