VERY BAD FOOD AND DRINKS, THE BATHROOM DONT HAVE BANISTERS AND THE FLOOR IS TOO SLIPPERY IN THA ROOM. THE HOTEL NEED TO IMPROVE THE SERVICE AND SECURITY.

Little farm and entertainment were excellent. Hotel theme is great. You get to milk the cows, feed the animals, pick your own eggs for breakfast. They were welcoming, friendly. As per downside, bar tenders, and bar in general was bad. No welcoming, some of them were rude. Drinks served were really really bad!. Beer was from a plastic jar after being filled up from the beer barrel. Cocktails wine test like vinegar, kids drinks- none. Either water or coke from a 2little bottle. My little ones doesn’t drink any sodas at all so they had only water. Bedrooms doesn’t have kettle or coffee machine. All inclusive is not worth it. But the farm experience is great!

We stayed at Decameron Panaca as the base for our travels across the coffee region which worked very well for us. Our rooms were comfortable and had lovely views over the treetops. Having the restaurant on site was convenient too when we wanted a break from the buffet, and the food was good. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to other families looking for an all-inclusive resort to stay in.

Do not stay here - building 4 is a nightmare given its proximity to the electrical and water treatment plant. The noise is unbearable and it lasted all night until 8:30 am. And their pool towel policy is ludicrous.

Check in was at 3 and they said 3 to 6 , give us the room at 520 , customer service they are very rude (when you ask cuestión) is not like the picture.
