Primitive changing arrangements at swimming pool. Poor service in restaurant. Limited choice at breakfast. Lovely staff. Overall not good enough for the price

Pleasant garden, lovely indoor pool, plenty of communal places to sit and relax, quiet green location, walking distance to wonderful beaches and coast, easy parking.
Pity there are no balconies, but the rooms are friendly.

PROBLEME : nous avions réservé une chambre avec un grand lit et un petit lit, l'hôtel étant plein nous avons eu un petit lit pour enfant de moins de 12 ans
J'avais pris cette option n'étant que 2 mais suite à un accident je dors avec une atèle rigide; le petit lit était trop juste donc je n'ai pas pu dormir de la nuit avec mon mari car j'avais peur de taper ma jambe dans les siennes, j'ai donc payé une chambre triple pour rien et passer une nuit blanche, quant à l'hôtel il est super, j'espère que vous ferez un geste commercial vu que nous passons régulièrement par vous

On m’a appelé la veille pour me dire qu’il pouvait pas me loger qu’il y avait eu un problème avec la centrale de réservation de chez vous que eux il n’avait pas de place et qu’il fallait voir avec vous pour être remboursé après elle nous a dit qu’elle nous trouverai deux chambres puis le jour même on avait notre chambre trois personnes. Ils ont réussi à nous trouver une chambre finalement mais l’appel téléphonique la veille nous a fortement contrarié

Bonjour,
À l'arrivée nous avons été plutôt bien reçu dans l'ensemble nous avons souhaité réserver 4 places pour le restaurant pour le soir et avons profité de l'espace détente.
Le carrelage de l'espace détente et pas nickel nickel surtout celui qui est au milieu de la piscine vous avez tu as passé votre doigt et vous sortez toute la crasse.( bon le chlore sert de désinfectant) idéal jacuzzi sauna hammam...
L'évier reste bouché constamment dans la salle de bain...
RESTAURANT.
Ne vous attendez pas à manger de la super cuisine la plupart des choses sont congelés et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un vers vivant dans notre assiette.
(vidéo à l'appuie et le serveur a vu de ses propres yeux)...
Pour le coup un peu dégoûté pour manger la suite du repas nous n'avons eu quasiment pas d'excuse(uniquement du serveur) et aucune remise sur notre repas.
Je vous invite donc juste à profiter uniquement de l'hôtel mais surtout ne pas aller au restaurant.
