Great service and friendly staffs. Luggage’s taken right away upon arrival. Luggages were delivered to room. Check in was a breeze. Room had a stunning view of the beach. Breakfast had plenty of choices from fruits, veggies, western, and of course Vietnamese. Memorable staff members that made an impact of our stay was Charlie. She’s personable. Just a very delightful person to converse with. Another staff member was Anh Dau from the bar. She is a bit shy or maybe there’s a language barrier. Nevertheless, she always greets you with a smile and ask what I’d like to drink even though I just want to chill. Overall, this hotel, the city, Quy Nhon, is a hidden gem that not a lot of tourists have knowledge about in their travels. Very slow pace compared to Hanoi and/or Saigon. More relaxed. We only knew about Quy Nhon because our friend, Phuoc Duhi (a TikTok digital creator), whom we met years ago in Saigon, introduced us to his town. Should you decide to have a slow pace holiday in Vietnam, Quy Nhon should be one of the destinations. Don’t forget to stay here at the FLC. They’ll treat you right.

We booked this hotel for a one-night stopover and it was perfect. They arranged a pick-up from the airport and had a clean and spacious room for us ready when we arrived. The hotel offers a good breakfast buffet and there is a very nice pool and rooftop bar. The location is perfect, the city is not too big so everything is relativly close by. You can walk from the hotel to the beach in a few minutes. The only remark I have is about the communication with the hotel. Messages via Instagram gave me the answers I needed. This could be a great hotel, but isn’t yet. The building is new and interesting, the rooftop area is good. But there are some problems. The ants in the toilet, not a big thing, but staff should have noticed. The room not being cleaned/made-up one day, that just happens sometimes. But: 1) A hotel with these pretensions needs a bar. 2) The breakfast buffet was by far the worst of the 5 we saw in Vietnam, very little fresh fruit or fruit juice, options running out and not being replaced. Unappetising hot dishes. I love eating good Vietnamese food at breakfast, this wasn’t it. 3) The staff all seem a bit lost and uncertain. Yes this is a new hotel… but get some staff with experience who know how a hotel runs! No big mistakes, just general cluelessness and vagueness, except from one excellent female receptionist. All this could be sorted if key members of the team went and stayed a few days in a good hotel, so they knew what they were aspiring to.

I was feel very sorry for the hotel because it is right in the middle of different constructions around, so it is very noisy and dirty. The breakfast was ok for local with not many choices. Receptionist Quỳnh is helpful, quick to respond. Room rate offers was good. The Room is basic but very comfortable. Location is close to the beaches and many coffee shops and restaurants. Great location.
