"The room is spacey and bright. The bathroom is good except the water dripping down the bathtub edge and wetting large area of the floor during shower. The room service of fruit and chocolate is very good gesture of welcome. The breakfast is simple, some food is excellent such as the eel porridge."

"Both myself and my wife enjoyed 7 days at this hotel. A quality 5 star hotel. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. The selection was mainly Asian and delicious. All staff were very professional with adequate english with some. A special thankyou to Charlie. She made all guests feel welcomed assisting with any requirements in the buffet restaurant. She spoke English very well and was very attentive in her role."

In my opinion, Queen Nan is a comfortable city with a beautiful long embankment. It seemed that it is more focused on domestic tourism, there are few places with a menu in English, but the nature and the view of the bay are beautiful."
