"Rich breakfast and good location. All balconies have sea views. The sandy beach is very large for several kilometers. The waiter in the restaurant does not speak English, and there is no photo of the menu in the restaurant, which needs to be improved"

"Great location and local bar restaurant across the road with £29p gorgeous beer and friendly hospitality
!!! The hotel is clean and staff are lovely. The room itself is large and bed is comfortable. Nice pool too. We did find a few cockroach’s in the room, but we don’t mind getting rid of them to be honest (we get that Asia have a lot of them!) One thing I would say is that the breakfast is very disappointing - pho is mainly fish (even the beef meatloaf option is made with fish broth) which I couldn’t eat. There is not a lot of option and also there are no cards stating what each cuisine is."

"Perfect location, right smack in the Quy Nhon city centre. Easy access to beach, food, and wondering around town.
This property consisting of a hotel, a non-smoking apartment residence, and a smoking permitted apartment residence. The property is pretty new. Service staffs are pretty helpful and polite.
There is no phone in the room. You need to walk down to the front desk to ask for anything you need or want, including the basic like room cleaning on the daily basis."

"The hotel was newly built with acceptable inferior and facility for a 3-star hotel. I was feel very sorry for the hotel because it is right in the middle of different constructions around, so it is very noisy and dirty. The breakfast was ok for local with not many choices. Hotel staffs were nice and friendly. "

YYến Thanh 269The apartment is beautiful, the service is quite good. But I booked a room with 1 bed, the apartment was full but did not inform in advance. They gave me a room on the 29th floor with 2 beds. The view is nice but the elevator is a bit tiring.

DDenis SinkWe stayed at this hotel for a few days. It's a new hotel, so it has a few things that could be better. I'll start with the first one. Construction is still happening on some floors, so there will be noise from time to time. During breakfast, the place gets crowded, and the staff don't always manage to clear dirty dishes or replenish items on the buffet promptly. Some dishes, like the rice buns, had cooled down and were a bit hard.
The room was okay, but the bathroom was a problem. The bathtub moved a little bit, and water leaked onto the floor. It took a long time for the water to dry.
The good things are that the room was clean, and the staff were very polite and always ready to help. We want to give a special shout-out to the staff at Skybar on the 24th and 25th floors. We often stopped by for snacks and drinks there. The location is a big plus. It is five minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from a shopping mall. The view from the room was stunning.
In short, the hotel tries to maintain a high standard. If they keep working hard, I think they could match the quality of international 4-star hotels with excellent service in about a year.

TThi Cam LyI had an amazing stay at Grand Hyams Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I was comfortable. The room was spotless and cozy, and the little touches like the welcome note really stood out. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring. I’ll definitely be back!

NNhi Ngọc YếnThis's a sweet homestay. It takes 5mins to walk from the sea. This's the first time i travelled in Vietnam. The host's really friendly. We rent the motorbike and they introduced for me anywhere we wanna to go. The room 's cute, clean, comfortable, sophisticated. The homestay has a nice rooftop. At night, we drunk Quy Nhon beer with the hostess and her husband. That's nice vibe. They make me feel that i come back my home. I make sure that i'll come back here and drunk again with them ^^

JJoe GuyAbsolutely fantastic highly recommend this hotel it was immaculate everything about it right from the bedding to the room to the floor to the showers in the towels to the sheets to the mattress outstanding not only was the price unbelievably incredible $11.60 per night Australian the service the staff is there translator for everything that we asked . In my opinion this is one of the best hotels we stayed in In Viet Nam so far and believe me with setting for the few it’s always a really good feeling when you strip the beds and check out and even the mattress is immaculate and the pillows so absolutely 100% guarantee you’ll love it here and location is perfect you can hire a motorbike from reception there so helpful it’s the best I wouldn’t even think of going down the street for the extra or the under whatever you want to pay but yeah if you want to pay 60 bucks that’s great but why did you pay $60 when you can pay 11 and to be honest with you you’re probably gonna get a bit around a cleaner room and better service

DddeodolyIt was my first time visiting Quy Nhon.
It wasn't too far from the bus stop on tje accommodation. The front desk staff was friendly, and tje domitory room I stayed in was very clean, especialy spacious, and had a lot of space.
The bathroom and shower were outside, but it wasn't too inconvenient, and I had a very comfortable stay.
The towels that were changed every day and the free bottled water were also very nice.
I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Quy Nhon.

EEvoFunkWe stayed at the Mento Hotel for two nights. The girls at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and kind. We booked a standard room. Unfortunately, our room did not have a window, which made it feel confined. The wallpaper on the wall had a sea landscape picture, which was nice. The rooms are clean and neat, with comfortable beds and nice, cold air conditioning.
The hotel swimming pool is beautiful, and we spent most of our time there. It would have been even better if there were pool loungers (or ”sunbeds”) to lie on next to the pool—they only had regular chairs. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is situated close to restaurants and charming coffee shops. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a larger room with a nice view of the city, which enhanced our overall stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, being close to important amenities and the beach, making it easy for us to explore the area. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing noodles and water in the room, which came in handy during our stay. The staff were polite and friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. However, we did notice that the cleanliness of the linen could be improved, as attention to detail in this area was lacking. Overall, while there were some minor issues, our stay was enjoyable and we would consider returning in the future.

TTedLy16It’s a very nice beach resort. Unfortunately,, the property has not been well maintained. The huge glass doors to the nice and relaxing balcony is not well oiled and so it is very hard (heavy) to open; worse they are not lockable.
Apart from the bedhead has terrible stained the rest of the room is quite clean.
Breakfasts included were very good, lots of of varieties and selection. This is the best part of my recent stay at this property I guess.
Staffs were very polite although not as helpful most of the time.
It’s a very huge property, has a lot of rooms but the occupancy rate is very low. I hope they don’t shut it down any time soon.
