The room is very modern, spacy and well equipped. Similar to the photo when booking too. Just a short walk to the square and the beach where you can have some snacks on the sand. Staffs are really nice and helpful. I feel safe, comfortable and well taken care of when I'm at Grand Hyams. Thank you, very reccommend, will come back next time.

I had bad experience in this hotel. 1. Booked a room, good on the photo. Actually I was given a room on the first floor next to the reception and right next to the elevator. This is a joke, not a room, this room should not even be used as a room for guests in the hotel. If you open the curtains, you can see the garbage tank and the passers-by on the street. I first got this number in my life, although I travel frequently. Change this number turned out only with a surcharge. The passport was on the bottom of the bag, had to get. But it was possible to say at once that you want to see the passport, why 10 minutes to watch as I try to send a photo.... 3) Set my motorcycle to a parking lot at the hotel, parking on the street. In the morning my motorcycle was all in bird pockets. Thanks to girls at the reception, though they gave a napkin to wipe the motorcycle. Residence outcome: I am very displeased, rarely write reviews and this is my first negative review. So disappointed with staying at this hotel.

I went from Nha Trang by Vietage train, and the resort was quiet and clean because it was a beach away from the city center. I ate almost exclusively at the restaurant in the resort, but all the food was delicious, and all the staff from the lobby to the restaurant and spa were friendly. The room was a private villa, so it was private, and the pool was right there when you opened the door, so it was convenient to use it anytime from morning to night, and the pool was clean because the water kept flowing. The amenities were of a high standard, and it was a great trip.
