This wonderful hotel, built in old Chinese stile, is very near to Konfuzius Temple and Mansion situated . We got a very friendly and professional welcome reception on the eve of the second of June at the reception, unfortunately I don't know her name. She guided us twice through the labyrinth of the hotel to our room. Also a man from concierge lead us the way. The housekeeping was very quick changing the broken coffee machine. Overall good . The breakfast have many local varieties food but when people start coming in the service crew were in panic no orientation of how to direct the flow of customers. During check in the male staff in the frontline don’t know how to help us to check in . He have to ask the female staffs to help him. We waited around 30 minutes because the lady staff was attending to other customers.
