The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff are nice and helpful. The room is really bad. The window in my room doesn't have access to sunlight, outside the window is a closed space where you can't see anything. Making the room dark and feels like you are inside a dungeon. Who builds rooms without windows that have access to sunlight?? The bedsheets are thin and doesn't look clean. I have found several small cockroaches in my room.

Fluffiest pillow indeed! And mattress too! Well thought facilities and amazing staff. There's free coffee and tea that the guest can use anytime. Soap & shampoo provided there's even a slippers. But most of all security stands out you have your own keys for the room and gate. Stay amazing!

Although the lace was ansolutely superb and first class we arrived at about 9 pm due the plane delayed and traffic to my surprise our room was still noisy t ready and the hotel was fairly quite and considering I have managed hotels amin Boracay Island I was surprise that this would happen!! They offered a late checkout but was not advantageous for us as we had an early pick up arranged!! Breakfast and service was absolutely fantastic and the ladies who served us was just so focused with great service. We enjoyed and appreciated this so much. Thank you ladies!!

Pretty much brand new hotel which represents outstanding budget value in location convenient for Trinoma and SM North malls. Staff are courteous and helpful, also good security from attentive and polite guards. Rooms and showers very compact, neat and clean. Beats the competition from Red Planet and Go Hotels. Also free onsite parking and good WiFi (although went down on one night we stayed there).

Firstly, the good. Good location in colourful Poblacion (close to the heart of Makati but keep alert) and reasonably priced. Good friendly staff who go out of their way, Nino, Marlon and Leo (Nino in particular gave me great help when ING Australia had suspended use of my ATM card given its overseas use even though I advised that I would be overseas! lol). Good security (steel security door) and good value. The bad....upper floors can only be accessed by stairs which resemble the steep climb to the death face of K2 (to say it is somewhat steep is an understatement). Nimble young folks and families could do it but it was a great strain for older folks like me despite the fact that the friendly staff were happy to carry my bags upstairs. Secondly, the internet there must be run by evil spirits - you would get connected and the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options (different routers for different floors) however you would get the same bad internet experience over and over again. Whilst there is no great internet even in Manila, at the end of the day the internet here was a very frustrating experience and a great difficulty if you absolutely required it (which is most of us). The rooms were so so and came with air conditioning and were about right for a budget stay.

The hotel is very well located for using public transportation, as it is very close to the “North Avenue” stop of MRT3 (which is currently the final stop on the MRT3 line, leading from there southwards along the EDSA highway). Another public transport line, LRT1, can also be reached on foot, only that the nearest station “Roosevelt” was closed in late November / early December 2021, so it will take a while to walk further to the now final stop on that line, “Balintawak”. There is currently construction ongoing for a new line close to the hotel, which I believe will be named MRT7, giving even more connections with public transport (east-wards, out of Quezon City / Metro Manila). Due to the construction, I heard sometimes noise during the night coming from the outside. In about 30 minutes walking distance is the Ninoy Aquino Park, a peaceful place with animals and places for picknick, or simply to rest from the city noise. Also, the Quezon Memorial Circle, another park, can be visited for recreational purposes and is very close to the before-mentioned Ninoy Aquino Park. Due to Covid-19 measurements, breakfast – which was included in the price – was brought to the room. Hotel staff was friendly to me, and I want to thank everyone of the hotel team as well as the security personnel. At the reception desk I was treated well by Jonna, and by the other front desk staff, for which I am thankful.

We booked an overnight stay because we had wedding to attend nearby. Though the drive up had some steep inclines we did not mind because when we arrived at the property, the view that greeted us more than made up for it. The lobby smelled so good and they had complimentary welcome drinks. The weather was also cooler because of the hotel’s location up in the mountain. The front desk person was friendly, helpful and accommodating. All the other staff greeted us with a welcome smile. When we got to our room it was clean, spacious and cool. The bed was so comfortable to sleep in. The only things that need improvement on are:
1. The elevators were under maintainance so only PWD and seniors can use it
2. the complimentary instant coffee (funky taste)
3. Wish the buffet breakfast was available on weekdays too
Overall, my husband and i had a great stay here and highly recommend this hotel. Hope this review helps☺️

GGuest UserOur two-night stay is a superb. We got to relaxed and enjoyed the pool. The staff are so accommodating (even until midnight). Comparing to other 5-star hotels in Manila, this hotel captured my heart so far. Thanks to Ms. Manpreet Singh and the staff. Great service! Also tried the Alejo restaurant of the hotel, the Rib-eye Steak is perfect. And the Inasal was unexpected too - again the dishes captured my heart. My two-day breakfast in this restaurant was extremely satisfying. I love the bacon and pastries! Got to enjoyed the food and brought a different experience here in Manila.

GGuest UserHere are the comments for our 1 night stay at Luxent. Front Office: Krys and Jason was very friendly but at the same time very professional. They even upgraded my room to the Prima Club Room that has access to the lounge as well. Aljon was also very efficient and helpful he even went to the parking area to assist my husband with our baggage. That same evening Aljon assisted me with the cake delivered to me and have it kept at the Kitchen. Prima Lounge: Dana greeted me with e smile through her eyes (all staff are wearing facemasks) when I went to the the Prima lounge to explore. She mentioned to me the perks of the lounge such as drinks and appetizers available that day. Later that evening my husband and I went back to the lounge to experience what Dana mentioned earlier, I was very excited because I was actually celebrating my birthday yesterday and what a better way to celebrate it with free food and drinks. haha There were alcoholic drinks like red and white wine, scotch, and beers too. if you dont drink you can have sodas or juices. As for the food they have appetizers like canapes, meatballs, fruits and nuts and as well a few choices of cheeses too. Edren was very attentive and very friendly, I forgot the name of the chef but that gave me a mini birthday cake and greeted me too. I would say it was a happy birthday indeed and I thankful I spent it at Luxent. Vertigo Pool/ Bar: Jason and Dixie attended to all our needs during our dinner time at the pool, very accurate in taking our orders and assisted with our every need. Breakfast: I was not able to get the names of the staff who assisted us but everyone is very attentive and helpful, food selection is very decent I loved everything except for the chicken sausage, it tasted weird, and the texture is weird too. Check out was smooth and quick. Dana once again offered us drinks before we go, which I appreciate. The hotel itself is very nice, the room interior is very cozy, it felt vey luxurious as well We loved the bed and the pillows are super soft. Pool is huge and water is nice, 17th floor is clean and very spacious. I loved the cabanas it felt as if i was out of town and not in the middle of Timog/ Morato Area. All in all the Luxent experience was indeed very memorable and enjoyable. You guys made my birthday extra special. Kudos to the employees who work hard and make sure to take the extra mile just to assist the guests and provide the best service.

Cleanliness: only provided bath towels. We had to ask for a face towel and didn't bother to ask for a hand towel since we only stayed for 2 nights. The mat towel looked dirty. If it was newly washed, they should not use that anymore for the rooms. It should be used for rags instead.
*Volt - it errored out the first time we set it up. We requested service, luckily someone came to repair it in a few minutes.
*Room Card - it requires leaving the room card inside the card reader to turn on the electric power of the room, it malfunctioned so someone had to come in to repair it.
Service: The toilet was clogged. We requested to service it. No one came while we were in the room. We had to leave to attend a party. When we came back at night, the toilet was still clogged. We called for service, but still, no one came. We had to call again the front desk. Then finally someone came. The front desk didn't voluntarily give us a map where places to eat and shop nearby the hotel. We had to ask instead.
Facilities: The lobby was very disappointing. The lounge/seating area looks like we were in the bank. No couches to relax and lounge. No Gym.
Location: Surrounding the building is clean, clean road. It's a short driving distance to the shopping malls and public markets.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harts Hotel for a week, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a bustling area with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt welcome during my stay.
The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, there were a few issues that somewhat impacted my experience. Firstly, for the last two days of my stay, there was an issue with the bathroom flush, which caused inconvenience. It was a minor inconvenience that affected the overall comfort of my stay.
In addition to the flush issue, there were a couple of other drawbacks. The hotel did not provide tissues in the room, which was unexpected. It would have been convenient to have them readily available. Furthermore, I encountered a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, which was a disappointment as a non-smoker. While it didn't directly affect the room itself, it detracted from the overall experience and the hotel's otherwise pleasant ambiance.
Despite these minor drawbacks, Harts Hotel still has its merits. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the room were commendable, and the hotel staff remained attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
In conclusion, my one-week stay at Harts Hotel had its ups and downs. While the location, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness were highlights, the issues with the bathroom flush, lack of tissue provision, and odor of cigarette smoke in the hallway were disappointments. I would recommend Harts Hotel with the caveat that guests may encounter these inconveniences during their stay.

First and foremost, there is a terrible sewer like smell in some parts of the building, originally just at the bottom of the stairs (a contained area) which days later crept into my room, especially in the bathroom but also noticeable as soon as you walk in the room. It is for this serious issues (stink!!!) that I will not book here again. It seems that the foul aroma is either from a gross stream behind the property AND/OR sewer smells from coming out of floor drains. Other issues included a telephone that could bot be used to make calls because of bad static, 30 php charge PER HOUR to use hotel's hair dryer, no shampoo or conditioner supplied, no or ugly views from most rooms, non stop noise outside the windows, small TV, had to change rooms once because Tube TV remote would not work, sink stand was wobbly and couldn't lean on it at all. This property is OK for a night or two but would not recommend for longer stays. The staff here are great and try hard. The restaurant for breakfast and other meals is excellent with great value. There is evening live music in the restaurant from Wed to Sat. Parking is weird with a single lane driveway under the hotel with hard working valets making sense of the jigsaw puzzle. There is also an attractive bar on the roof top.

LLuigeeluvsuIf you are going somewhere and need to be early for a bus ride in Cubao. Try Astrotel it is very convenient clean and near to a lot of establishment. So for a quick last minute shopping before your trip try Astrotel in Anonas for as low as 400.00 (-$10.00) 12 hours accommodation, have a good sleep and fresh linen.

GGuest UserI hope they check and maintain the room event if we got it at an affordable price. The floor was extremely dirty and sticky. We have to call the front desk to really have it moped and swipe. The bathroom was also not pleasant to use as it has an awful smell coming from the drainage. The chair that was there was even in a very and condition. The only nice about this place is the staff and the doorman who always smiles, location as it's near the mall. This will be the first and last stay with this hotel.
