Check-in and check-out were done without any troubles. Room was spacious and clean with good lighting. Hot water was consistent and the toiletries / bath products felt better than your average hotel. Really enjoyed the afternoon tea and evening cocktails from the club room lounge; they had decent selections plus a fairly private and peaceful environment. Staff were very attentive as well. Overall, enjoyed our stay and had a restful and relaxed weekend. Likely to recommend to friends and family.

Hotel room was clean and cozy. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We also brought our dog and the place is really pet friendly. They charge you a pet fee, but it's worth it. :)

Celebrated our anniversary here, the room was so clean and very spacious, room service was approachable but quite slow on requests. Our stay came with a free breakfast, the restaurant was an international buffet, the food served were all great and freshly cooked. It was a very nice experience.

Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus. * Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare! * Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. * Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep. A Few Minor Hiccups: * Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way. * Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference. Overall: Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!

This was our second time staying at Red Hotel because the location is very accessible to malls and transportation terminals. It really feels nice to stay here just to relax and have a great bonding time with family after a long day at work. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as always. The breakfast is good, and the bed in the room is very comfortable as well. However, during our second stay, I noticed that the room had a lot of small cockroaches inside. This was very disturbing, especially since I have two small kids. Fortunately, they did not get any bites. Additionally, the bathroom door was not working and couldn't lock, which was the same issue we had during our first stay in the Family Room. When we tried the pool area, it seemed that the female restroom was under renovation, which was very inconvenient as we were unsure if we should use the male restroom instead. I believe that this hotel is still relatively new, and I suggest that the hotel management work on maintaining these facilities better. But overall, I still like staying here! Kudos Red Hotel. ♥️

B hotel was the perfect place for a family getaway. The staff was welcoming to our children, and the hotel offered kid-friendly activities donut making that made our stay stress-free. The pool was okay but no pool for kids so you need to bring their floaters. We felt truly at home and enjoyed a fun and relaxing stay. We would recommend this hotel to any family traveling in the area!”

Good location, a walking distance to MRT station and SM shopping mall where the restaurants are. We stayed in Suite 1, very good value for money. Very spacious room and bathroom. I liked the extra lounge beside the bed with comfortable sofa, so relaxing. The bed is comfortable. Glad there's a hairdryer. The little refrigerator comes handy in keeping fresh the bottled juice and fruits that i bought. I am a Filipino, i enjoyed the free breakfast, the choices are adequate. The staff in the dining area where breakfast is served are all very helpful and accommodating. I noticed one staff in particular ”Miel” was the nametag, he never stopped working, cleaning the table, sweeping, he is always there when assistance is needed- very commendable! The airconditioner which is an old Panasonic model is quite noisy but in fairness, cools the room very quickly. The television showed Apple tv, Youtube, Netflix, etc icons but is not hooked to the internet so it is useless. Only.local channels are operational. There is a pool on the 2nd floor but the water doesn't seem to be clean. Overall, my partner and i were happy with our stay. I will recommend Hotel Dreamworld to my friends and if i had the chance to be in the same area, i will stay there again. Thanks for your hospitality.
