Had a really nice stay at Seda Vertis North! The room was clean, spacious, and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful all throughout. Great location—just a short walk to Vertis North and nearby malls. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Would definitely stay here again! 🌟"

"The lighting in the room is too dark. You have to open the curtain in the morning to see the whole room. There's one busted bulb near the bed. There's no table and chair for me to eat my food inside the room. I prefer the design of the rooms in at Go Hotels Mandaluyong, but of course, my destination is SM Notth EDSA. So, here I am."

"This was only my 1cent opinion. I've booked this hotel cuz it is near to concert event it was good yet the hotel was a bit disappoint.
Bathroom - (1) It was okay at a glance, but the floor is totally slippery. (2) Bathtub looks old and yellowish.
(3) Shower Top Sprinklers, the water's really really really slow.
Bed - It was okay, but our blanket too thin
TV - can access youtube also!!
Reception - Helpful and got Free Charging Port.
Wifi - 10/10."

"Staff are friendly and nice, they even allow us to do early check in since there was room available. Has good location with nearby malls and public transportation-MRT. Room is well maintained and is clean, however doesn’t have toothbrush, slippers and shampoo so you need to bring your own. Good thing, they offer free water so you don’t need to buy more outside. Also they don’t have service elevator so expect the long queues during working hours. All in all, it was a good experience and will surely comeback again!"

GGuest UserLocation depends on why you’re in Quezon City I suppose. It worked for me. Breakfast was more than decent quality. Staff were all pleasant. A strange smell in the corridor periodically was the only downside. I didn’t use the pool or the gym but had a look at them and both appeared adequate. This was my second stay there so i liked it enough to return. Thats always a plus point.

GGuest UserWe attended the Better Endings Concert of M2M which is just beside the hotel. Location was perfect, staff were nice. Our room was at the 5th floor where the spa is. There’s a security door just after the spa so only guests could enter the area with the rooms. I love that and the wonderful smell coming from the spa was glorious. Our room was huge and had this great view of the coliseum and the street. The hotel is environmental-friendly as they provided water in glass bottles instead of plastic ones. And everything is provided for. The guest services line is online 24/7 and responds right away. The only hold up I think was the long wait for check-in but could be because their computer system was slow. But it was all good cause I only had to get my room key when I lined up cause I registered earlier in the morning. Thank you, Novotel!

BBelleyonaryoMy new favorite hotel! I’m glad I chanced upon this hotel on Trip.com. It’s a great choice for families. Beds are big, and the amenities are really good. They have a game room, a gym, and a pool at the rooftop. I especially loved their pool (heated) since it was warm, which made swimming very enjoyable.
We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and the staff were very accommodating, they packed food for our companions who couldn’t come down to eat. Service overall was excellent. This hotel is perfect for a staycation, and we definitely plan to come back.
The only downside was the extra bed. It felt really hard, almost like plywood without a mattress. My nephew didn’t mention or complain about it, so I only discovered it shortly before we were about to check out. Had I known earlier, I would have asked the staff to replace it.

room only with basic kits such as towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo. TV with cable box, but not a smart TV. Yung towels may konting punit. Bed sheet looks good, and clean, may stains lang talaga na hindi natatanggal which makes us think kung nalabhan ba talaga hehehe. Great city view, kaso for safety siguro, nakaclose (permanently) yung balcony and windows

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
