"First time going to Brentwood Suites and they didn't disappoint. They also grant my request to have a quiet room far away from the elevator. The staff on the front desk are approachable and nice. The room I have was clean and cozy. I will gladly comeback if I ever needed a place to stay when I am around Q.C. area."

"Room was large with small window. Breakfast is basic but the coffee is outstanding. The bed was a little hard and was two smaller beds pushed together so the middle was not aligned. Overall good stay. Good food nearby. Service was amazing."

We enjoyed the hotel's amenities, sauna especially the pool and the on-site restaurant, which served delicious meals. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options.
The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in making our stay memorable. They surprised us with a beautifully decorated birthday cake, which was a delightful touch that made our celebration even more special.

AAnonymous UserCheck in time took more than an hour. Not sure if its because its holiday but the line is long and only 2 counters were open.
Changing of towels is not included when they clean the room, we had to call and request for new towels.
Room is clean, tho they dont have rooms for family. We had to book two separate rooms which was a bit hassle.
Location wise, very near with everything. We watched a concert so its good that its just beside araneta and gateway.
Breakfast is good.
Pool is not big so it can get crowded easily.

I stayed at this hotel with my four siblings. Initially, I booked a premium room for two people because I expected only one of my siblings to join me. However, plans changed, and all four of us ended up coming. When we arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., I approached the front desk to request an upgrade to a room that could accommodate five people. I was informed that no such room was available, so I agreed to book an additional suite room (Suite Two), which could accommodate three more people.
I appreciated that the hotel placed both rooms next to each other—a thoughtful arrangement that made it easier for my older sister and me to look after our three teenage siblings.
We were aware that check-in was at 2 p.m. and were willing to wait. Since it was a holiday (Lenten season), most nearby establishments, like malls, were closed. The front desk initially encouraged us to go out and explore, but I gently reminded them it was a holiday and most places would be closed. Eventually, they allowed us to wait in the lobby, and we were pleasantly surprised when they let us check in early at 1 p.m., which we really appreciated.
The front desk staff were approachable and polite during both check-in and our stay. However, we experienced some issues with communication. When I called to order food, I clearly requested seven cups of plain steamed rice, two pitchers of service water, carbonara, two sticks of chicken barbecue, and beef tapa. I specifically asked that all rice—including the one that comes with the beef tapa—be plain steamed rice. The male clerk repeated the order and confirmed all the details.
However, when the food arrived, we only received two cups of rice, one of which was garlic rice, and the rest of the order was incomplete. The pitchers of water were also forgotten and only empty glasses were delivered. I had to call again and follow up several times until the order was completed. I didn’t get angry or raise my voice, but I was genuinely disappointed. Everyone stayed calm, but the experience was frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail.
The Suite Two room was spacious and satisfying, but we were surprised to find a cockroach crawling on the floor, which my brother had to kill and dispose of.
The premium room was quite narrow, but the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.
The telephone in Suite Two had an issue with the volume. At first, I thought there was no dial tone, but later realized the volume was just extremely low—we could barely hear the person on the other end, and the phone didn’t ring audibly.
The shower in one of the rooms had no curtain, although there was a rod for one. After my sister showered, the bathroom floor got soaked. We weren’t provided with floor towels, which was concerning since we had younger siblings who could easily slip. I called for assistance, and while the staff responded, they arrived without the necessary tools and had to return multiple times. As for amenities, the room for three had only two slippers, and the room for two had none. This felt a bit lacking, as we expected a more thoughtful provision of basic items.
A consistent issue we faced was the drop-off location. Whenever our Grab drivers would drop us off at the hotel, they seemed frustrated due to confusion over the signage. The signage directing drivers to the drop-off area was placed in a way that led drivers to believe it was the exit, rather than the entrance. This caused some inconvenience, as drivers would end up at the wrong location and have to turn around, adding unnecessary frustration to their experience.

AAnonymous UserWe book here 2-3x a month. And the rooms and services were inconsistent. There are times that the rooms don't even get cold. We even use handheld fans throughout the night, just to get by. There are times that they forget to give the complete amenities (soap, toothpaste, shampoo). And when you tell it to their receptionist, they always say it'll be delivered to your room. You wait till your check out time, nothing happens.

But I really surprised when my friend told me that Astrotel Cubao is much better compared to other hotel that you think.... That's why I'm curious about what my friend said to me. Then I try to booked in astrotel cubao one day... Then after that booking I myself prove that's my friend told me is really true. I found out that astrotel is amazing place to stay and another thing that captured my interest is I can do booking in Trip.com online booking epayment that is easy to booked and trusted online booking. To the wifi connection is very cleanliness is observe. The food is really good....

Big room. No blanket. Only a thin bed sheet put over you. I'm asking for a thick blanket. I have to pay an extra 100P for another thin bed sheet, so I didn't bother. Breakfast included was OK. It's Filipino breakfast. Said on menu juice of coffee. But they never had juice. The food (rice) was cold and wet on my 2nd day. On my last day they didn't bring my breakfast for 50 mins. I had to ask the reception again.
They got pool, but I can't use the pool during my stay because they maintain it for 3 days 🙄
It would be better if the hotel could give guests a couple of water every day during their stay.
The location is good, on a quiet street. 12 mins walk to all the malls around.
Overall, my staying there was nice except for some reason above-mentioned. I didn't watch TV. For some reason, it turned on by itself at 6AM 😅

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
