This is my 2nd time to booked this hotel. I love staying at this hotel as it's quiet and the location is very convenient and accessible.

The hotel is clean and staff are nice and friendly. quiet place to stay. Food is just okay but don't expect too much. With hot shower and toiletries. I didn't have any issues during my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

The room was nice and clean. My baby enjoyed looking out the window. It was very helpful as it is within walking distance to NKTI and has parking available.

As requested in trip com they gave me a room near the elevator. The plated breakfast ( choice of hotdog, sardines or tocino) is value for money. Like their free slippers and shampoo soap. The rooms are big and corridors are clean. Will stay here again.

Fersal is nicely located when we needed a place to stay while monitoring our brother who was brought to the ER at the Philippine Heart Center. The place is clean,however they can improve the lighting in the floor lobby / elevator landings per floor. Also, they can upgrade their AC units to centraziled AC as they are still using single units which are noisy, especially at night.
We also requested for ice at 8pm and were told that there was none as the kitchen was closed. This was surprising as even budget hotels such as SOGO accomodates such basic hotel requests.
