First time namin mag overnight stay sa sogo for curiousity and di namin expect na ang ganda pala ng rooms and services nila,probably gonna book again🤍

Awesome Expereience! ❤️Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

I booked this place as this is walking distance to the place i visited. Walking distance to a trinoma mall and solaire resort. This hotel is a go to place as it's very clean and is suited to my budget.Though theres no amenities such as swimming pool. No restaurant inside but they have a menu which can be ordered via phone. Overall it's a place to go for convenience, budget, and cleanliness.

Well our stay is okay. though we have experienced an aircon that is not functioning well, the shower is broken. but the staff attended immediately our concern . but still it was a nice stay.

The staffs are very accommodating. Of all sogo branches we have been this is the easiest to check in. I appreaciate their friendliness. Their head even bring us to our room making sure that the room are functioning well.

Not enough parking space, 5-6 spaces more but were reserved to hotel executives, not prioritizing its customer..key card was not working as it should.

The hotel is located under the subway station, and there are several large shopping malls nearby which are more convenient. Because of this, it is quite noisy and messy, but the hotel room environment is not bad and the waiters have good attitudes.

It's next to North Ave MRT station and the Trinoma Mall. Very noisy location . As soon as you walk into the entrance, a foul sewerage type of smell hits you. Not a nice welcome..!! Girls on reception are efficient but not particularly friendly. I think they don't enjoy their jobs. I was escorted to my room to view the lighting levels because I requested a brightly lit room with a window. There are many hotel rooms in the Phillippnes without windows, something to be mindful of. I wasn't happy with the dim yellowy light bulbs but the supervisor kindly replaced a few with brighter whiter bulbs. Kudos to him. But there was an overpowering smell of fresh paint coming from the closet in the room. Despite getting it cleaned and sprayed with freshener, the smell never went, hence I couldn't hang any clothes in there for my entire stay. No restaurant in the hotel just room service that brought food wrapped in cling film. Food quality was not too good. The reception and kitchen staff don't seem to understand that a vegetable chow mein shouldn't have meat in it. "no meat" doesn't seem to register with them. The 24/7 store next door was convenient for snacks and drinks. The only saving grace for this hotel is it's proximity to the MRT station and the mall.
