One of the best hotels in Quezon City. If you are looking for a quality yet affordable hotels in the metro, gohotels is highly recommended. Friendly staff and the rooms are clean. I have tried this hotel several time already and definitely will come back again.

Overall stay was good. My girlfriend liked the room set up and the toilet even for me it needs deep cleaning. She said it is better than getting a condo for a week stay since we don't need to mind about breakfast everyday. Breakfast was good backing options on their bread part but we managed to just get from nearby store. And also during the night, it is very accessible to many stores via Grabfood.

You get what you pay for. This is what I expected a budget hotel to be. The bed was really nice and comfy. Room was clean and tidy. I'm glad there was a table good enough to put a laptop. It also very close to SM North and terminal/MRT station. Very nice and professional staff. What I don't like the most is the noise/sounds of the adjacent room can be heard because of the thin walls and doors. We have to lower our voice and was not really comfortable hearing someone else within an earshot.

Hotel is having maintenance/renovation, very noisy. When they started magigising kana talaga and cannot sleep again. Im also annoyed with 1 male receptionist, open pala sa counter nya, i queued sa kabilang counter, and when other guest arrived (foreigner) he asissted. Like ***? Matagal bumaba ang water sa shower area, not safe since I’m pregnant. But overall still good. I will book again and recommend since the location is good. And most of the staffs are very nice and friendly. Hotel is clean. They allowed to check in at around 12.

Our room is super clean including the linens, same things as the bathroom. We enjoyed the gym and SPA service with my wife, pool was under maintenance during our stay. Food at the Patio restaurant is reasonably good at its' cost, thanks to the complimentary bread rolls. Parking going the 2nd floor is very steep...but should not be a problem for experienced experienced driver. Limited car parking slots are available though in front of the building. Great view from the large window in our room.

Checking in was a breeze as it was done at the reception on the Club floor. The reception staff were excellent in helping me to check in seamlessly and arrange for my luggage to be sent to the corner suite that I booked for my stay. The suite was large and the furnishings were fairly new. The bedroom especially was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had a separate toilet cubicle and shower stall aside from a bathtub. It even had a walk in wardrobe. It was also tidy and clean. Furthermore, the reception staff on the club floor were excellent and attended to all my needs and accomodated my requests throughout my stay. The hotel is in a bit of a secluded location but it is convenient as it adjoins a small mall. The only negative was that the view from my suite was not exactly pleasant as it overlooked an impoverished neighborhood amidst the upcoming tower blocks of apartments and offices in the area. On the whole, I was very satisfied with my stay and will be returning to the hotel upon my return to Manila in the following month or two.

Looking for a place during this pandemic is quite difficult and cautious. Checking in at this hotel is very good. They observe every means to get the residents protected by installing hand sanitizers inside the elevator and of course upon entering. The use of facemask is enforced. Plus, the hotel staff is welcoming and always showing smiling faces. Will certainly check in at this hotel again.

During my recent 3-day, 2-night stay at Swiss-Belhotel Blulane in Manila, the overall experience left much to be desired. While some displayed genuine warmth and eagerness to assist, others seemed hesitant, particularly when they perceived that a guest might not offer a tip. This attitude detracted from the overall guest experience and contradicted the essence of hospitality, which should prioritize genuine care and assistance regardless of gratuity. Additionally, the functionality of the elevators was a significant inconvenience. With only one elevator in operation, guests frequently experienced delays and overcrowding, resulting in frustration and inconvenience. This issue significantly impacted the efficiency of guest movement within the hotel and should be addressed promptly to enhance overall satisfaction. In conclusion, while this hotel in Manila has potential, there are notable areas for improvement, particularly in ensuring consistent and genuine guest service and addressing operational inefficiencies such as elevator functionality. By instilling in all staff members, including trainees, a genuine commitment to hospitality and service excellence, the hotel can elevate the overall guest experience and distinguish itself as a premier destination for travelers.

While the cheapest rates do not include food services, there are a lot of diners, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. There are also a bunch of convenience stores around ready to serve you. Getting booked-in was very simple just taking a few minutes. Unfortunately, the internet signal was not good enough to conduct zoom meetings, and a maintenance of the hot water system occurred during my stay. But overall, the relaxation and comfort, combined with the security, cleanliness and general quiet provided, made the stay a top-class experience.
