酒店位置挺便利的，去市區很方便，樓下停車也很方便，停車位很多，就是空調沒有暖風，開了一整晚還是16度

狠狠避雷這家酒店，住了2晚體驗極差。
1️⃣前台服務很不耐煩，好像欠它錢一樣
2️⃣進去就發現床單爛個窟窿，因為比較累就沒有講
3️⃣退完房發現按金少了就打電話過去，告訴我東西少了,沒用過的東西工作人員檢查疏忽居然把鍋推到住客身上，店這麼黑嗎？
4️⃣事後找我溝通，工作人員歪曲事實，自己有沒有檢查少沒少東西不清楚嗎？搞得冤枉了你似的，毫無誠信

第一次住，退房後發生了很不愉快的事，按金扣我41元，我沒有任何消費，退房後半小時我打電話問前台，前台説應該扣15，多扣了錢了，過了一會又説是上個客人消費的，然後扣到我身上了，又説上個客人消費的，我住的時候忘了補上了，真不知道這個前台是幹什麼的，説到最後才把錢退給我
