"Staying again after three years, I am still very satisfied. There are Chinese and Japanese meals and large bakeries within 10 minutes walk. The hotel has a swimming pool gym, and there is a coffee machine in the lobby. It is also very good to sit down and have a cup of freshly ground coffee. The location is very convenient as it is in front of the bus stop and near the main tourist spot in Keretaro.
Unfortunately, the temperature of the shower did not rise enough, and when I went to the toilet, the lights were on and the ventilation fan turned around with a relatively loud noise, so when I went to the toilet in the middle of the night, It was a pity that I woke up my companion. It may be only a problem with the room we used. The room was too large.
Breakfast was a buffet and there were various dishes. * I ordered and made the dishes, but the omelet was delicious and I got two dishes. The waitresses were moving and comfortable, so I put 50 pesos on the chip.

HHelmutIt was a brief stay for us - only one night to catch an early flight home from QRO airport. The service was excellent, the room was modern and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Located very close to a big church and square and easy access to the quaint streets of old Queretaro. The front desk person was super helpful, friendly, spoke English and helped us with arranging taxi service at 4:45am to get us to the airport! Be prepared that there are no windows in the rooms, just a french door with glass opening into the courtyard. The attached restaurant and bakery looked really nice and we would have liked to have been able to partake of the included breakfast but unfortunately our flight was too early; instead, our host prepared sandwiches for us to take with us, which was very thoughtful. Be sure to check out the view of the amazing aquaduct from the overlook a few blocks east of the big church.
