La cama más dura que una piedra, no hay agua caliente ni Internet. En el cuarto de una compañera había una garrapata y las sábanas sucias llenas de pelos. El baño imposible sent****. Toco un cuarto sucio con un pasador qué me clave en la cabeza. En general muy mala experiencia

El hotel suena durante el día el techo por el aire mueve las rejas lo cual es muy molesto si quieres descansar en el día no es buena opción los baños son muy pequeños en las habitaciones y no tiene presión el agua de la regadera te tienes que bañar pegado a la pared con el chorro que logra salir Lo único bueno es que el menú del restaurante para desayunar tiene un menú de 99 pesos el menú

Lamentablemente tuvimos mala experiencia, las cortinas estaban llenas de zancudos y la habitación olía a pintura fresca por eso dejaron ventanas abiertas y se metieron zancudos y nos picaron a pesar que fumigamos, el baño pequeño y sin cortina, si te bañas todo se mojaba afuera

La cama más dura que una piedra, en el baño no se puedes sentar derecho de lo pequeño que está, la noche que llegamos no había agua caliente, el personal pésimo, grosero, a otra familia que iba con nosotros ( en otra habitación) la quisieron correr a media noche del tercer día porque la recepcionista no registró su pago, no hay cocina, las fotos engañan y no hay wifi, te dan clave de un internet que no existe, si pagas con tarjeta no sirve la terminal, no hay estacionamiento no personal de seguridad, sólo una recepcionista inepta que de nada ayudaría en caso de emergencia, el cuarto no lo limpian, sólo tienden camas sin hacer limpieza y no te dan jabones solo Es día que entras al igual que toallas

Camas incómodas, habitación sucia, hotel viejo, servicio de restaurant pésimo (encontramos tres cabellos en diferentes platillos), un baño de risa (no te podrías sentar en el escusado jajaja), tuve que buscar restaurant para que mis hijos fueron al baño a ser sus necesidades. Lo único "bueno" es que esta en el centro de la ciudad. Huespedes relajientos y nadie les decía nada; un día a las 7:30 am con platicas muy fuertes y carcajadas más fuertes aún. No volvería ni aunque fuera gratis =(

Es un hotel sencillo, limpio. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero cuenta con baño, regadera, tv de cable, un pequeño buró y tocador. El personal es amable. Cuenta con 4 pisos, y para subir es por las escaleras no cuenta con elevador. También tienen su restaurante, una máquina de vende agua, refresco, galletas, etc. El hotel se encuentra en el primer cuadro de la ciudad del centro de Querétaro, muy accesible a los comercios y museos. El hotel en general es bueno porque es accesible, limpio y para descansar después de un día de recorrido por Querétaro.
