The location of this hotel is excellent, the staff were super friendly and spoke English, they took great care of us, I would totally stay here again. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and glad we got it. Do keep in mind this is an older building, in a foreign country and set your expectations especially if coming from the USA. I would highly recommend this place and wished we had booked a massage at the spa, plan to return if I can.

Lovely place to stay in Queretaro. Near plaza and museums. Charming courtyard where they serve marvelous breakfasts. Be sure to get the chilaquiles, they are the best in all of Mexico. The rooftop terrace on the second level s a delightful place to look over the city and enjoy all the plants on the terrace. The bed was comfortable. The shower worked well and robes were a nice touch. The toiletries were fine. There are only six rooms of various sizes which makes it a nice place to stay. The first floor room we stayed in was near the courtyard with a charming plant-filled walkway and small tables. There was only one window in the room so it did get a little stuffy. Weekend nights downtown can be noisy but earplugs mitigate the most of it. The staff really go out of the way to make this a charming place to stay.

I spent 5 wonderful nights at La Casa del Naranjo during my visit to Queretaro. Great location in Centro Historico - very convenient to get to many of the sites, restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops in town. The whole property is charming and cozy. My suite - I stayed in El Limon - was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Only thing that could have been better was if the suite was refurbished (it was a bit old and dated, but not a dealbreaker). Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and professional.

My wife and I spent two nights al this excellent hotel. It has a great location, the room is very clean / comfortable, and their attention is outstanding. We would like to highly commend Teddy, Ken, Brenda, Luis, Vladimir and Emma. They were all extremely pleasant, professional, friendly and helpful. Pésima experiencia!!!! Reserve un día de spa con mi novio, el servicio constaba de un masaje en pareja y después la experiencia del jacuzzi, reserve justo aquí por este ultimo punto, el jacuzzi y además era el regalo de Navidad para mi novio. El mismo día a unas cuantas horas de llegar a mi cita me marcaron para decirme que el jacuzzi se había descompuesto y que llegara mas tarde. Ni siquiera una disculpa me dieron, nada! la Sra. que me marco de lo mas insensible y poco empática con la situación. Fue de lo mas fría y poco servicial, no pareció importarle nada. Claro que exigí hablar con el gerente pero su excusa fue que no estaba y simplemente me ofrecieron devolverme el dinero. Cabe mencionar que planee este día especialmente, pedimos un día en el trabajo y viajamos para poder disfrutar del día y al final todo se arruino. Me devolvieron mi dinero pero la mala experiencia nadie me la quita.

Muy bonito el hotel, el personal muy amable, desayuno casero muy rico, muy bien ubicado el hotel, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, el baño muy limpio, fue una experiencia muy agradable, sin duda regresaría con mi familia, espero hacerlo pronto.

Nos alojamos en la hab. "El ciruelo". ( Cabe mencionar que cuando reserve pedí una habitación alejada de todas las demás para que fuera tranquila. TODA la noche el ruido del autoclave de la bomba del agua, más el bar que está en el hotel. Muchos detalles que hacen que el hotelito se vea en decadencia. Por ejemplo la regadera con fugas, sucio el vidrio. Y podría continuar. Para ser un " boutique " y pagar 1800 por la habitación no vale la pena quedarse ahí. ( O al menos que el personal de recepción advirtiera que si te quedas en esa habitación habrá ruido toda la noche y que hay un bar que cierra a las 2 am) . Así ya sabrás que te espera.

Me encantaron las habitaciones Muy buena ubicación y el staff muy amable Me gusta mucho viajar y les recomiendo el lugar Tiene además terraza con jacuzzi Tomen un masaje vale la pena Las chicas se ve tienen años de experiencia en aromaterapia y te la dan de acuerdo a lo que requiere tu cuerpo. Pd entren al jacuzzi antes del masaje Y al final las camas deli Sin duda volveré !
