Un maravilloso hotel, amplias habitaciones, muy limpias y con todas las amenidades necesarias. Tradicion en el bajío mexicano que mezcla lo colonial con lo contemporáneo. Si necesitaría hospedarme en Queretaro nuevamente, sin duda lo haría en El Real de Minas

Justo atras del hotel estan haciendo una construcción, asi que habia ruido desde muy temprano, también no habia ninguna separación visual entre los trabajadores y el cuarto, sólo un muro bajo, abrias la ventana y practicamente podrias ver de frente a los trabajadores, asi que todo el tiempo tuve que tener las cortinas de la ventana cerrada y el cuarto a oscuras, con la luz artificial de los focos, pedí que me cambiaran de habitación pero me dijeron que no.
Además afuera de mi cuarto había una sala, la gente se quedaba hasta noche a platicar y como todo es de piedra hay eco, ni los cuartos ni los pasillos tienen acondicionamiento acústico por lo que todo el sonido de pasillos se escucha demasiado fuerte, a diferencia de otras cadenas de hoteles que tienen elementos para evitar esto, me quedé 5 noches y apenas pude dormir entre el ruido de la gente por la noche y los trabajadores que llegaban en la mañana. No fue una estancia agradable, si necesitan quedarse en este hotel lleven tapones de oídos, es indispensable, pero si tienen oportunidad de quedarse en otro lado, mejor eviten esta mala experiencia. En general muchas cosas pueden mejorarse, la limpieza, la comida del buffet y el precio, el trato del personal etc.

Overall very nice experience but... the hotel's restaurante does not offer a printed menu as an option. For that you can walk to near by VIPS

I was there for a wedding. Rooms are very dated, towels old, lamps in the room were broken, hall going to the room the windows dirty.
Room service opens at 7am, i would expect 6am for coffee, food is good. Staff is excellent.
