This is a very bad experience, they told me I could place thing in the refrigerator that is shared and then they took my things out and placed them on the floor .the roof area that is sold on ******* like a nice place to relax and enjoy the view they have everything closed and they dont allow u to be there.the sitting area is very dirty and the jacuzzi is nasty !honestly this is like an abandoned hotel !staff is not friendly at all ! I normally book with ******* because it’s always amazing and they only have the best of the best but today is very bad !

Interesting place not too far from historic district, but the spa is close to non existent, no sauna, hot tub, etc, no massage availability on the day of check in. Still waiting for massage. Will see how it is…

Beautiful place, nice room, great location, but misguided advertising. The hotel offer a jacuzzi and a rooftop , but none are included with the room, it is all available for extra pricy cost. At this price I might as well go to another hotel where all amenities are included in.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bed and pillows. Everything else was nice!

This is a charming hotel at very affordable prices. Not luxury but location, service, clean and great service. They have a nice event called "fogata". They provide this for 2 hours with a bottle of wine and some food for just 50 dlls. From that place you can see the city and enjoy a fireplace.

Un modesto hotel con lo básico para porta poder disfrutar del centro de Queretaro y utilizarlo como base para poder visitar las atracciones de la región Cómo peña de Bernal , las mina de ópalo , visitar los viñedos etc cuidador y bolsillo por que es un hotel económico y cuenta con área para convivir con los otros huéspedes y poder preparar tu mismo tus alimentos. Es justo el precio para lo que disfrutas .
