I came to Querétaro to run the marathon this weekend. The hotel hosted a birthday party that began around 6pm with very loud music. The noice was unbearable from the beginning, but I thought the party would end early so I didn’t complain, at first. The party continued until 3 in the morning, even after some neighbors called to complain. The music was too loud. I wasn’t able to sleep for a minute until they stopped, and I wasn’t able to run the marathon the next day. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this hotel.

Central location, high walkable score. Off a quiet street and set back this is a lovely hotel. The enclosed and private back courtyard is inviting and the staff warm and friendly. Don’t miss breakfast- delicious.

The place is nice to look at but it leaves a bit to be desired as a place to stay. One of the most annoying things is that there is pretty crappy music playing almost all of the time, from mid morning until 10 or 11 pm. Why? I have no idea but I don’t come to a hotel to listen to someone’s very average playlist. Peace and quiet is MUCH BETTER. Other than that, this hotel is acceptable although like others have said better water pressure and temperature and a bit better cleaning would be welcome. The staff are friendly and quite helpful usually. Tip: Skip the (very basic) hotel breakfast and head up the road to La Ducle Compañía which has GREAT breakfast options as good coffee.

La habitación estaba sucia, de hecho había una cucaracha muerta. Nunca hubo ningún tipo de compensación por parte del Hotel. Además no obstante que nos mencionaron que el desayuno estaba incluido, al final nos lo cobraron por separado. También el estacionamiento te lo cobran a parte. No nos dejaron dormir poque toda la noche se oía gente platicando.

Hola, Me hospede con mi esposa 3 noches este mes de julio 2023, muy agradable sorpresa, un hotel boutique con muchos atributos de un hotel de cadena internacional de lujo, la buena cocina en cenas y desayuno que me dejaron muy complacido, precios accesibles, el trato amable de su personal desde la llegada y a cada solicitud de nosotros, su excelente ubicación vale mucho la pena, todo caminando en el bello centro de Querétaro. Y hasta pet friendly! My full recommendation to this wonderful small but great boutique hotel, I will definitely come back!! See you soon I hope !!
