Very convenient location, next to Jardin Guerrero. Walkable distance to everywhere. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Great service too! We had Room 5 with a balcony giving us a beautiful view of the town. AC works fine, sometimes makes noise though. No elevator but we loved our 3 nights there.

Really wanted to like Morazul, and, whilst there was absolutely noting wrong with the place, it wasn't very memorable nor somewhere I would readily recommend. My overall impression was of staff who showed minimal interest in our stay or even existence. I don't think we were ever once asked how our stay was going nor given recommendations of what do do. It all seemed like we were inconveniencing two students running an AirBnB rather than two people taking their profession seriously and aiming to make sure guests enjoyed a great experience.

The hotel is in a handy city centre location and you can walk to most noteworthy sites. The car park they provide for free is about ten minutes’ walk away. It is large and feels very safe, however. The hotel building is traditional and handsome and has a lovely feel to it. The receptionists we came across were not particularly welcoming or engaging, but did their job efficiently. The suite we booked was pretty dark, with only a couple small windows into an inner courtyard. Even with all the lights on it felt a bit depressing. The towels in the bathroom were absolutely awful (old, tatty and more grey than white) and need replacing swiftly. Overall the hotel fulfilled its purpose, but I am not sure if I would return.

Mi visita fue familiar, con mi esposo y mis padres. El hotel tiene buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad pero no lo recomiendo para adultos mayores ni para familias. No tiene estacionamiento propio, te dan convenio con un estacionamiento "cercano" que se encuentra a 1 km de distancia, tampoco hay personal para cargar las maletas, no hay cafetería ni mucho menos restaurante; no hay elevador y las habitaciones de planta baja son muy calurosas ya que no cuentan con aire acondicionado. Lo rescatable es que las habitaciones están limpias y que el personal de recepción son muy atentos y amables. Pero en definitiva no es un lugar al que volveré (me gusta la comodidad).
