We only looked at the hotel itself. We were on an excursion that took us on a tram/cog railway from the bottom of the mountain all the way to this resort. It was during the shoulder season - still a bit of snow, but not much. And not many people there, even tourists. We stopped at the bar to get something to drink - the restaurant was too high-brow to let us in for something that 'light'. They were for full-meal-deal only. We got a couple of hot chocolates that were really strong and really creamy...and really good. It's a bit far to say I'll be going back. But if I was in the area I'd consider stopping there again. It's literally only accessible by the tram.

We dropped into this hotel as it was the terminal for our little train tour. Although in June and loads of people there (mostly schoolkids - teeming with them - I think the hotel doubles as a hostel?), the cafe wasn't open, the restaurant only catered for "proper" lunches and we were directed to the bar. There were about 8 of us in there from our group, plus a young Spanish couple. The barman served the Spanish couple ahead of some of our group, which didn't really please anyone. It took an age to place our simple orders (sandwiches and a burger) and then all of us sat there without any food for about three quarters of an hour. Despite asking what was happening, we were kept being told "it's coming soon", but it didn't. Eventually, we got not very good sandwiches and my husband's burger was red in the middle. We did complain to the barman, who referred us all to reception. The reception man tried to help and offered us a drink in compensation, but our return train was due to leave anyway, so didn't even get that. It all seems half-cocked to me and, if the eating and drinking facilities are anything to go by, I would steer well clear of the hotel.

I got married here on a weekend in July and everything was fantastic! The place is super nice and the treatment with the hotel staff was excellent at all times! Highly recommended both to stay there and enjoy the area and for events or meals!

La relación calidad precio no és acorde. Las paredes estaban sucias y los enseres para cocinar insuficientes y alguno en mal estado.La nevera no tenía asa para abrirla, tampoco tenía puerta el congelador y el vidrio del cajón de las verduras estaba peligrosamente roto. El suelo laminado se encontraba desprendido en alguna zona.

Estuvimos alojados desde el día 15-7-2024 hasta el 18-7-2024 en la habitación 262. Este hotel tiene, por lo comprobado y sufrido por nosotros, habitaciones/apartamentos que no reúnen las condiciones por el precio que pagas: -Un sofá/cama viejo, sucio -grapas en el suelo que te clavas al caminar -un foco roto en la habitación -las paredes sucias y rayadas -falta de jabón para lavar los platos -en general, falta de mantenimiento del mobiliario
