Vernita was incredible. We talked about different cultures, and had a very interesting conversation. She recommended a place to eat dinner, and it was good.
I walked down the hill, a couple of times, to Quepos.
It was a nice place, and everyone was friendly, and knowledgeable about the area.
I saw two red Macaws fly overhead. It was a sight to see.
I would recommend the place to people that don’t want to stay in a hotel. It’s safe, and secure.

The 2 bedroom suite was roomy and clean. The art work was beautiful. However the shower water was cold, was uncomfortable to shower due to being too cool. The area is noisy due to the traffic of vehicles/buses/shuttles/motorcycles.

Good Location
Well maintained place. Bus stops in front of hotel makes it convenient to take public transportation to Manuel Antonio/Quepos, where parking can be challenging.
This is adult only resort.

Loved it here! We didn’t even need to leave the villa, we saw monkeys, the resident iguanas, parrots! Beautiful! Eugene, Justin and Vernita were brilliant, the best customer service, thank you so much, we really hope we can come back again one day!! 😊

The room is nice with good amenities. There was a smell of damp however although unsure where this was coming from. The pool looked dirty and not very enticing. Not too much going on around the hotel, a car would be useful Staff seemed friendly

We love our apartment in Tico Tico Villas. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the pool is lovely. The property is clean and well-maintained inside and out. Good wifi, and easy to get around by public transport. Our kind host, Vernita, made us feel right at home and provided helpful information whenever needed. We would come back in a heartbeat (and stay longer next time!)

This is it!! This is the kind of place we were looking for during our three weeks in Costa Rica. Rooms were tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, well equipped, and the hospitality of Eugene and Vernita was first rate!! Our room had a lovely view of the pool and the gardens. Parking was easy, with several restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful Beautiful Resort…The perfect place for a week, month or a year to Enjoy the Best of Costa Rica! We went for 3 week vacation when my husband retired, extended it to 3 months, then….stayed for 3 years. OMG the Best and Most caring Owners and entire Staff. Can’t wait to go back!
