**Great Stay with Stunning Views** I had a fantastic stay at **La Quinta by Wyndham Remarkables Park Queenstown**. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms that offer beautiful mountain views. The bed was very comfortable, and the in-room amenities, including a kitchenette and laundry facilities, were a great bonus. The location is excellent—close to the airport, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. It’s also a convenient base for exploring Queenstown and the surrounding areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Queenstown. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my partner, and overall, our experience was rather underwhelming. The room was very small — so much so that we couldn’t even sit together at a table to have a meal. Despite booking a mountain view room, what we got was a small window with barely any view at all. The room also didn’t feel particularly clean, which added to our disappointment. What really left a negative impression, though, was the interaction at checkout on the morning of the 14th. I simply asked the front desk about the refund of our deposit and used the word “refund”. The staff clearly understood what we were asking — as did we — but instead of just answering the question, they chose to correct our word usage in a rather condescending tone, as if we were in an English class. It was entirely unnecessary. We were using clear and understandable English, and our request was obvious. Yet the staff, as native speakers, decided to focus on our choice of words rather than the actual question. Even after we clarified and said “refund of the deposit,” they continued to fixate on that one term. It felt dismissive and patronising. This isn’t the kind of attitude one expects in hospitality. A helpful, understanding approach would have been far more appropriate than turning a simple question into a language lesson.

This room was great. Wonderful view and great selection of amenities. Hotel staff were friendly and polite.

The room is clean and tidy, with a spectacular mountain view to enjoy.

Nice location for great views and privacy, although it’s probably better if you have a car to access this hotel. :)
