Extremely disappointed. We rented the studio and the majority of amenities listed were not in the room. They say the photos show the room , but in the photos there is a tub. When questioned about the tub not being functional, they state they only advertise a shower. So which is it ; people are supposed to go off the listing description or the photos? Service was nonexistent when we reached out. We also got billed a cleaning fee before arriving but then received am email saying there is no cleaning service unless we pay an additional fee? Please keep on mind we are booked for 5 nights! There is one little bathroom garbage and they dont even give instructions on where to dispose of your trash should you run out of room in that garbage. Please save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!!
