3-Star Hotels in Quebec City

Very friendly and fast service at check in and out with good valet service , but room floors was not very clean and was missing couch , maid said that their were Renovations on this flour , bathroom was old and floors also but beds were comfy and clean beautiful view and nice restaurant in the hall and personnel were very nice and helpful.

The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood with a few convenience stores and a large supermarket called Tradition nearby . The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and quiet. You have to walk for a while to reach the old city , but it’s a beautiful walk in nice weather and there’s also an elevator right at the footstep of the hill bringing you up a few levels if you aren’t keen on climbing stairs . We will stay again if we ever return to Quebec City .

Beautiful hotel, great location. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Wine on the rooftop after a long day was so relaxing and romantic. Never have I had such amazing sleep in a hotel, the most comfortable bed, bedding and pillows. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel location was close to Old Quebec so it has high accessibility to these places of interest. However, it would not be recommended to those who do not have transportation available if carrying large luggage or have difficulty going uphill as the hotel is situated on a slope. Do note that as this is a virtual hotel, so there is no staff onsite but they are contactable via the phone number provided and are happy to assist you. Ground floor rooms are located down the stairs from the main area.

French-style hotel, the decoration is very comfortable, romantic style, people feel at home, the coffee machine provided on the first floor, you can drink a variety of drinks is very considerate, the communication at the front desk is very good, the service is great, the room is spacious, bright and large, overall feeling great

A bijou in the heart of Old Quebec, with a 3 star restaurant on the ground floor, this establishment has all the hallmarks of a classic inn on animated pedestrian streets with plenty of shops and attractions virtually all around it, from the Chateau Frontenac to the Dufferin Terrace to the ramparts and citadel. Only problem: parking is a nightmare! Plan to drop your bags and then hunt for a place to put your car, and be prepared for a looooong hike back!

Transportation: just opposite the castle, the first floor is the tourist service center, super convenient Environment: The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable! Other guests are very quiet and live very comfortable. Service: Although the staff should be French-speaking, English communication is no problem and the attitude is particularly good.

I like it. It's really retro. The street below is full of net red restaurants. The facilities are old but clean! Service: It is very convenient to have a password to check in. Environment: It’s a bit bad to park if you drive by yourself, but it’s OK to park on the side of the road.

An impressive stay. This is a converted abbey hotel, very quiet and likes this atmosphere (and the nuns work here). Breakfast is healthy and vegetarian, orange juice is freshly squeezed. I bought a homemade sandwich salad for dinner and it was delicious. I also bought herbal tea, soap and canvas bag from Boutique. Such a quiet environment, I really want to stay a few more days, but the journey time is limited.
