We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Le Germain! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and even had a hand written note for us when we got there.
The location was perfect. The Quartier Petit Champlain is just a 5-10 minute walk down the street which is perfect for an afternoon of shopping, lunch, or dinner.
The area surrounding the hotel is beautiful with lots of shopping and restaurants! I will most definitely stay here again in the future.

Every single staff person was incredibly nice and helpful, and helped to make our trip even better. We were there for Carnaval, and were excited to see Bonhomme made an appearance for breakfast one morning! Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom design is a little funky, but we had a lovely stay with our toddler and would stay again.

This hotel was amazing. Extremely comfortable and cozy with a gorgeous fireplace to lounge by in the lobby. Perfect for a snowy winter day. The ambiance is extremely relaxing and I love the location. I would stay there again!

The location of the hotel is great.
Stuff welcoming.
We had the queen bed, smaller but nice room.
The only negative thing was very strange and loud noise starting at 6:20 am on Sunday morning. It woke us up and was impossible to continue sleeping.
The same noise happened on the Sunday night after 22:20. Thankfully did not last for a long so our second night sleep was not disturbed. I read somewhere that Quebec City has no noise policy from 23:00- 7:00.
Not sure if that is true considering the noise waking us up at 6:20.
