A male staff member was helpful and very kind when I was lost trying to get to the hotel. I will be forever grateful to him as it was very frustrating!
The room was freezing and house keeping never came so I had to ask the front desk for blankets since they gave us dirty ones to begin with. Bed sheets were clean, but blankets were not clean. We did not get blankets because “ they didn’t have extras “. Instead they gave us 3 sets of thin sheets, which did not help against the cold room.
I told the staff the room was freezing and they said to turn the heat on. At that point the heat was on full blast for 5 - 6 hours and did not get any warmer.
Overall it wasn’t a great experience and will probably not stay there again in the future.

It’s dirt cheap but a bit far from downtown,like 20 mins walk,staff was nice ,no kettle to boil water but there was a water refill station.The room is small but acceptable,no elevator

It was a little far from the centre of the town, but was quite and had some restaurants nearby. The condition of the room was good!!

The location is excellent. The Plains of Abraham and the St. Lawrence River are near the house. It is very convenient to walk to various attractions in Old Quebec. There are many restaurants and bars around, so there are places to go for entertainment at night. Although the facilities of the house are old, they are clean and tidy. The bathroom in the twin room is large. There are Chinese staff, who are very good and allowed us to check in early. In short, I had a pleasant stay.

The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. The surrounding dining is very convenient. When I checked in, I met the manager, Mr. Lin, who gave us a very thoughtful introduction to the hotel and surrounding attractions and shopping locations. The experience was great!
