Clean and sanitary. Good location. There are various restaurants and supermarkets around. It is not far from the old town and you can walk there.

It was the best and cleanest hotel I stayed in while traveling in Quebec.
All of the staff were friendly.
I'm quite sensitive to cleanliness... I think I'll probably book this place next time I travel to Quebec.
It's a bit far from Old Quebec, but it's only a 30-minute walk while listening to music, and taxi fares are cheap, so it doesn't seem like a burden.

The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the room was spacious and clean. However, the parking lot was hard to find, and I found out after arriving at the hotel that I had to pay for the parking lot. . .
