Best hotel ever. No worries about food, both streets filled with cuisine to choose from. Very chill hotel, laundry, gym room, best amenities, best part they even provided oven-mini pantry with washing sink. Impressed the toilet facilities from basin to wall tiles and flooring, everything were so fine and well designed. Amazingly detailed I can’t help not to take photos!! Love the decor was surprised by the ambiance along lift to your hotel room. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again.

Very artistic hotel 🏨 exquisite, there is a restaurant, although it is simple, but it is also very pleasant to sit in the window and enjoy the scenery. The location is also good and it is very convenient to the surrounding pedestrian streets and attractions

The hotel door is relatively hidden. Valet parking service is very good. The hotel is located in the old town. It is cheaper to buy hotel breakfast at the front desk

I was impressed by the hotel's service. I met several front desk staff who were very enthusiastic. Conceige was an old lady dressed exquisitely. Several fine dining restaurants I wanted to go to needed to be booked 2 months in advance. She recommended other restaurants for me and booked seats. There was also a luggage boy. It was raining on the day we went to the hotel. He held an umbrella and sent us to the car. I believe that these meticulous services are not provided by the famous castle hotel. The hotel environment is very dreamy and unique. The room facilities are complete from kettles to bottle openers, and the bed is also very comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I go to Quebec.
