Such a beautiful cozy hotel, set up n maintainece are very fine. Just stay in Fairmount n I like this set up better cos I don't use the gym or swimming pool anyway, so thumbs up! Must return if ever come to Quebec city again.

I like it. It's a really retro building. The street below is full of internet-famous restaurants. The facilities are old but clean! Service: Check-in is done with a password, very convenient Environment: It's a bit difficult to park if you drive here, but it's OK to park on the roadside

The French style of the room is very beautiful, but it may be a bit noisy on the first floor

The French-style hotel is very beautiful, the bedding is very comfortable, and the location is quite good, right in the old town. The parking place is a bit difficult to find, and you need to call in advance to get the password when checking in

The location is good, not far from the Ghost Hotel. Hotels should provide directions for nearby parking.

The location was great! Very close to top rated restaurants and popular attractions. The hotel went above and beyond, there were robes, wine glasses and silverware laid out on the table. If I’m ever in Quebec City again, I’d definitely stay here and recommend it to anyone visiting.

Close to old city. Poor heating in room. Called many times for heater. No help. All checkin and service off site.

The propertly was very much as expected, and romantic getaway, idead at thia hotel. Will certainly come back.

Location is amazing . Quiet and nice area .good for dining and shopping. Walking distance to all historical place. I like to hotel decoration WiFi not working properly in the room but not a big problem .

Kindly try to provide water for guest or a bottle and temperature was bit cold of the room. But overall it was good stay and nice inside the room.

The parking the first day,we had paid for parking space at hotel,but there was no space to many cars for spaces,we think due to restaurant on corner,as the night went on and people left,then we got a spot,but if you go anywhere someone will it,just my thoughts,other than that stay was awesome we will be back

It’s self checkin ( no receptionist) and they sent us the wrong room number. No elevator so we walked up 3 flights with our bags and the code didn’t work. Called and we had to go back down and up another set of 3 flights on the other side. Know your exact number and confirm. Confirm which stair case. Otherwise it was clean and affordable. It’s an old building so you hear the people upstairs walking

The room was clean, comfortable. The hotel is authentic and fits in with the area, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping.

The property was great. It was my first time staying in a hotel without staff. The check in was easy peasy. My only issue was that it was freezing in our room. By the time we got back for the evening, reception was closed so there was nothing et could do about it.
