The room was indeed large, but it was a bit of a walk to the old town. Parking is available in a nearby public parking lot for a fee. The facilities were not very good, and the bed and sofa were not very comfortable. What was unacceptable was that they agreed to send me the hotel and room door codes before 4:00 PM, but I didn't receive them until after 5:00 PM. I was speechless. I contacted them through email several times during this period, but there was no response. I had no choice but to put my luggage in the car and go to the old town first. The luggage storage place was far from the hotel.

Everythings good except the parking lot. Walking from/to the back alley of the building to get to the parking lot and the building unit can make you feel uneasy as there's some homeless in the area specially at night time. If that doesn't bother you then it's a good place to stay. Location from Fairmont Frontenac was great specially if you are travelling with car and the unit itself was good.

Excellent space for family - charming borough
Great place to stay for family. In a borough of Quebec City. On main street with coffee shop, groceries, 2nd hand shops close by. Lodgings are tres spacious - awesome kitchen, only downside for us is we chose loft with one bath but we knew it going in. The lofts have high ceilings so can be a bit noisy but that's family. Well worth it. they offered a paid parking space located conveniently behind the apt.

Cream of the cream
Its my 5th time there and i can say that hotel room are over for me, im choosing to rent a loft there instead it is a better choice for me!
There is lot of spaces, its quiet, well located, easy to access, lot of commodities and it is often less expensive than a regular hotel room in the area. Its 5 times bigger than a hotel room for the same price. It is easy to choose no?

The apartment was huge and very comfortable overall, but the cleaning crew did a horrible job with a big I cleaned area by the door, a dirty glove on the kitchen table and a dirty bag left in the clothes closet.
Aside from the poor cleaning job the place was magnificent and highly recommended
