The communication betwwen the host was very easy and prompt as well as informative.
We really enjoyed staying here.
The location was close to everything.
The accommodations themselves were very clean, comfortable and cozy.

Nice clean and spacious room. In the heart of old quebec city…a few mins walk from all notable spots. Theres no parking on the premises but theres one available at a decent price very nearby.

This sans contact B&B (no breakfast) is conveniently located on a quiet street in Haute-Ville, Le Vieux-Québec, close to shops, restaurants and the Chateau Frontenac where you can take the Funiculaire to Basse-Ville. Des Grisons is located in a quaint building; our room on the second floor was comfortable. A coffee maker, small fridge, microwave, TV and WiFi are provided. The owner was very responsive to questions and made sure to keep our coffee supplies stocked. It was a good value for the price paid.

Punaises de lit - réveillé à minuit par d’intenses démangeaisons. Piqué plus d’une vingtaine de fois. En inspectant le lit de la chambre #1, une demi-douzaine de punaises attendaient le buffet. De plus, on a trouvé un faux ongle d’orteil dans les draps. C’était dégeulasse. Aucune compensation.

À 4 (les parents et 2 « enfants » de 22 et 13 ans), c’est suffisamment spacieux pour nous. Chambre nº3 situé au dernier étage très bien équipée : - micro-ondes, frigo et nécessaire pour boissons chaudes - lisez bien le descriptif : le petit-déjeuner n’est pas inclus mais vous pouvez en trouver très proche) - salle de bains très confortable, petit nécessaire de toilette (shampooing, après-shampooing et gel douche + serviettes fournis) - climatisation dans la chambre très appréciée par 28°C (attention : bruyante) À noter : 1 matelas sur les 2 très « rebondissant » ; si l’un bouge, l’autre également. Idéalement située quasi dans le Vieux Québec avec un stationnement à quelques dizaines de mètres pour 22€ max / 24 heures (ne pas se tromper avec celui à 50€ max / 24h). À savoir : il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et monter les valises peut être fastidieux dans l’escalier plutôt étroit.
