The apartment is located between the dynamic rue St-Joseph (Basse-Ville) and the historic rue St-Jean (Haute-Ville). In particular, the Littoral Corridor extends over 48 km between Montmorency Falls and Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures. Other points of interest: less than 20 minutes from Le Relais ski center, 30 minutes from the majestic Sainte-Anne-De-Beaupré basilica and 40 minutes from the renowned Mont Sainte-Anne ski center.
