Les Lofts St-Pierre - by les Lofts Vieux-Quebec

Couldn't check in. Couldn't contact property or anyone for check in information. Luckily we made another quivk reservation and were not left stranded. Frustrating.

Bedrooms were separate. Huge, unique setup for an apartment. Spiral staircase. Felt very safe and extremely comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Apt very clean. Minutes away from tourist sights. Restaurants around the corner. Parking 3 min walk away. I would recommend paper towels and dishsoap for kitchen. It would be good to have more hooks in bathroom and storage for clothes . Otherwise, very happy with our accommodations and would recommend to others.

It was the best choice for accommodation on this trip and I will definitely come back next time. I was also grateful to the person in charge of the accommodation who gave me various information via email for being so friendly and helpful.

I’ve never had a property play still like to see an access code, made me in a bit nervous. And nowhere in the communication didn’t say that I would have to provide a credit card to the property itself for incidentals and deposit.

These are very cool apartments. Not 'cozy' but clean, expansive, and well stocked. Almost no place for clothes but otherwise very good!

Seamless checking in. We arrived early which luggage can be stored at their office until 4pm. Clean loft, good location with walking distance to Old Quebec. Highly recommended

Great location, great property. Communication leading up to stay and during check-in was lacking. Almost had to find other arrangements last minute when they had not processed my security deposit and never provided me a check in code as their policy states. My only complaint is their policy of not running the deposit until 3pm the day of checkin and then sending instructions for check-in. When they make a mistake it can be stressful. Thankfully they were able to resolve in time. Once we got into the property the location, amenities of the unit, etc were fabulous!

Youssef, the property manager, was very professional and helpful in guiding us through the check-in and giving us great information on the local scene. There was a communication problem with getting the access code, but that was resolved quickly. It’s proximity to shopping and restaurants made Les Lofts St-Pierre an excellent place to stay, especially when using the hop-on, hop-off buses to explore the city. (Stop #3 was right next door!) Also it is within walking distance to the cruise port and Palace Royale. Our biggest complaint was that the bathroom, although nicely appointed, was small and needed more space to hang towels and a place to set things down.The rest of the condo could have had a mirror here or there to help make getting ready to go out a bit easier for three women waiting to use the one bathroom mirror.

Lovely historic property and was the perfect location to stay in to walk to all the main tourists shops, restaurants, Quartier du Petit Champlain and the historic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac! Great views from the Fairmont and La Citadelle de Québec over to the St Lawrence River. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath loft apartment was really nice, but we would not have stayed here had I known that there is no privacy because there are no shades in the lofts ceiling high windows, it’s like being in a fish bowl to the building directly across the street! The kitchen had everything needed, but there was no laundry detergent.There was only one tv provided in the loft! Loved being able to watch Netflix using our account. The building was very quiet during our stay, and we never saw the other guests. Instructions for checking in wasn’t provided until 2 hours before checking in time, so I had to stop driving and get off of the freeway to check my email for instructions and provide my credit card number before I was given the information about how the self-check-in process is done with access codes to get in the building then to your particular loft. Why that couldn’t be taken care with the property the morning of our arrival or the day before? We found safe self-parking surface parking lot around the corner, about two blocks away for $20 for 24 hour parking. We were able to park across the street from our building for an hour so we could unload our luggage before going to park in that lot.
