A recepção é péssima, a menina não sabe bem o que faz ali. Acho que como cliente eu esperava pelo menos um SEJA BEM VINDO e na hora de sair um OBRIGADO E BOA VIAGEM, ficam no bate-papo entre eles e esquecem de você. Agora, o serviço de copa e limpeza é perfeito. Os quartos são muito bons. Nas próximas viagens, vou cotar outros hotéis, mesmo que for mais longe. Fiquei um pouco decepcionado.

Desta vez, fui surpreendido na hora do Chek-in por volta das 22h, quando somente neste momento fui avisado de que meu apartamento havia sido mudado, pois o que havia sido previamente marcado apresentou problemas de manutenção. Me deram a opção: Ficar nós três (eu, minha esposa e meu filho de 6 anos) numa cama de casal (algo que até tentei mas impossível pelo tamanho pequeno da cama), e a outra opção era um de nós ficar em outro apartamento (o que acabei tendo que fazer). Ou seja, fui passear em família, porém fui obrigado a pernoitar separado da minha família, algo muito ruim. Demais estava tudo ok, mas isso me chateou.

A equipe da recepção, limpeza e cozinha sempre simpáticos e prestativos. Café da manhã com produtos frescos e reposição contínua dos itens. Quarto confortável e limpo. Banheiro limpo, chuveiro de água quente com bom fluxo. A torneira da pia estava quebrada, porém não inviabilizou o uso.

Ficamos apenas um pernoite ( de domingo para segunda). Tamanho do quarto pequeno mas, suficiente para um pernoite. Não traga malas grandes. Banheiro com chuveiro que tem que esperar um pouco para esquentar e, tem um fluxo pequeno de agua. Camas com colçhão muito mole ( tive problemas para dormir ) e Fica do lado de uma avenida e, por consequencia barrulho de manhã.
