Veranda Palmar Beach Hotel & Spa, 3 Star

Amazing staff, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is small but has everything you need. Food quality is very good, not much variety for fussy children though but there is a Pizza Hut nearby and taxis available from the hotel so was not an issue. Would definitely return!!

Very nice hotel, excellent service, great location. And the staff is so helpful and polite. Yuo must definitely visit the pool bar with many coctails and moctails. :) Many family activities: snorkling, domino games, joga by the beach - we had a lovely time.

The Hotel was lovely with the mauritius style which made it have that special touch. Room service was excellent daily big shout out to all the staff who were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Remember your in mauritius so have patience with the staff they don't rush it's the way they work nice and casual. I would recommend you get shown on Arrival everything regarding the hotel as this all inclusive is very different when getting drinks and food. The hotel gardens are well kept and beautiful then you walk to the perfect location beach with pure white sand and lovely new beds. If your looking for any trips I would definitely recommend the boat trip visiting the islands waterfall and monkeys as well as snorkeling and amazing stop off island food with entertainment the staff were brilliant and you will love the day on this boat trip very special with fantastic views. As any hotel there's always room for improvement and for me the management need more glasses as the staff spent more time looking or washing glasses returned not brilliant.Anyway as a family we had a lovely time at the Veranda palmer beach and would recommend this hotel especially just for the beach alone without its other bonuses. Very nice Enjoy.

What a unforgettable holiday! The staff is amazing and so friendly and helpful! To name a few, Akshay at the bar, Yanish, the staff meal times ect! The hotel is unfortunately on the windier side of the island but thats not there fault ! Its actually close to catamaran excursions and watersports so no need to travel far to enjoy them. The sand is the best, felt like flour. They build the hotel in such a clever way that when you're at the swimming pool or restaurant you don't feel the wind at all. The breeze is actually refreshing to say the least. Food selection is enough to fill you up and food is delicious and tasty. I was at another hotel in the West in 2018 with more food options, but then you tend to over induldge. The rooms are easy accessible and so close from everything. The hotel is beautiful and we slept like babies! Room service was excellent and we we're surprised with a new shaped towel everyday . I would highly recommend Veranda Palmar Hotel! Great place for relaxation, plenty to see around the island. The hotel itself was very clean our comfort room had ample space, the food was good a lot to choose from. The staff were amazing could not do enough for you, I had the best massage ever in their spa. We also got married whilst we were here our wedding coordinator was wonderful every little detail she covered so impressed and felt very special. Thank you everyone at this special personable hotel x

We had an absolutely fantasic holiday at the Veranda Palmer Beach Hotel near Belle Mare! The staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome. The beach was amazing and the crystal clear sea was beautiful! The air-conditioned rooms and comfortable beds were great, and we had an great sea view from our balcony! The moon reflecting on the sea during the evening was stunning. I would like to thank all the staff for making our holiday so special, but I'd like to give special thanks to Boodhun for his initial welcome, help and advice. I'd like to thank Vikram for taking us on the glass bottom boat, snorkeling and for his sailing lessons on the Hobby Cat. Asha did a superb job of cleaning our rooms and creating some lovely animal sculptures from our towels. Suren from the beach bar was always so friendly and kept us wonderfully hydrated. The weather was fabulous in January and we mostly had sun with temperatures of 31 degrees. A gentle sea breeze kept us comfortable whilst on the beach. We will definitely return to this lovely place!
