I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family, and while there were some lovely aspects, a few key issues really affected our overall experience. The hotel is very baby-friendly, which I truly appreciated. My little boy absolutely loved the aqua land it was such a highlight of the trip and made the stay worthwhile in many ways. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the cleaning staff were genuinely kind and attentive, which made us feel well cared for. However, there were several disappointments that I can't overlook. I informed the staff that my birthday was the day after check-in and requested a cake to celebrate. Unfortunately, the cake was brought to my table the night before my birthday by mistake. I sent it back, only for the exact same cake to be served the next day as stale and hard. It was disheartening, especially since it was meant to be a special moment. Additionally, the restaurant service was poor, with long wait times not drinks order being taking, tables not being cleared at all whether ther was guests sitting or already left the table, and inattentive staff. What shocked us most was watching a bartender rinse and reuse glasses without properly washing them, which raised hygiene concerns. In short, while the hotel has great potential especially for families with small children the lack of attention to service, trainings and cleanliness such as tables not being cleared while in the dining area, and the mishandling of my birthday request, left me disappointed. With a few improvements, it could be a truly wonderful place to stay.
