As soon as I arrived I noticed that the toilet seat was moving a lot because it wasn't fixed. So I went down to reception and asked if they would kindly change my room, and they told me they were fully booked. In the meantime I went to have dinner asking if they could fix it... but when I returned I was told by the receptionist that it wasn't possible.
But when I arrived it was full of people checking in, so if they wanted they could change my room...
When I used the sink I had other unpleasant surprises as it was clogged and wouldn't drain, and the shower also had little pressure.
Under the bed there were flakes of dust, I mention them because I dropped something and that's the only reason I noticed it.
In this regard, I think that the cleaning ladies must report when something is wrong or broken so that these very unpleasant situations that make the desire to return do not occur.

We have really enjoyed our staying at this beautiful, well furnished and very clean Hotel. Excellent price and very good breakfast (optional). The service is excellent: everyone at the Reception: Jessica, Andrea, Giada, Luana, Amer, Matteo, takes good care of All guests and make everyone feel at their ease! The rooms are spacious, with plenty of light and have everything needed for a great stay! Additionally, one can shop for many other items at the reception: All in All, we will definitely come back. Overall the hotel in which me and my family was living in for a week was excellent! Staff was very helpful and nice, rooms were very clean and nice. Location was very good, pretty close to many things. I really recommend this place as value was really decent as well!

We chose this hotel largely because the price was low and because it was close to the Treviso airport. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel is. The included breakfast was not fancy but certainly more than adequate. The staff has been very friendly and helpful when we needed information. The train into Venice is an easy 10-minute walk from the hotel, and we found it easy to catch a bus to Treviso for the Tiramisu festival. This is an excellent place to stay.

This hotel was great, clean, comfortable, modern and within 10-minute walk to Quarto d’Altino Train Station. No smells or noises detected. Breakfast buffet was good.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our vacation truly enjoyable. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!
