"Shuttle service was slow. It usually takes 15-20 minutes for it to come get you then another 10 minutes drive before you get to the marina. Reception team is extremely rude but other staff are usually polite. They didn’t do much for us when we told them we are here for our honeymoon which is disappointing. "

The fact that I have been scheduled by an operator was ”probably” assigned to me one of the less well-located rooms (642), a behavior that is not very pleasant. The location of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast service, despite the great affluence of guests, works very well."

"The hotel is right on the seaside. When you open the balcony door, you can hear the sound of the waves. The sound of the waves hitting the shore at night is deafening. When you open the balcony door in the early morning, you can see the endless sea and feel great."

"I went alone but never bored. I had a late check in and everything was spot on. I communicated with the hotel about my flight change and quick response they booked me a taxi which was there waiting at weeee hours of the morning. The cleanliness was %100 rooms clean I cannot fault. I enjoyed the bus ride, the Uber was ok. The area was quiet if anyone looking for closeness but the taxi price was good. There was so much to do. My last day went to the spa over by the aqua park OMG it was rejuvenating only thing was you have to pay with a discount if you are staying at the hotel., for 2 hours 25 euros I think it can be a little cheaper for hotel guest. But I am not one to complain it is a kids friendly hotel so expect to hear kids running around planning to bring my grandkids next time, I know they will enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, ate outside for dinner there is so much place to choose from. Just a Uber ride away. A big shout out to Bruno very good cocktail and he gave me tips of places to eat out side. Thank you"

"Very cost-effective, two adults and one small occupancy, free parking, breakfast for three, a bottle of red wine, extra bed for children, only 1200, during our entire trip, it was a good value for money"

"Check was fast, friendly and efficient. Room was very good. Large bed, safe balcony, very clean, tea and coffee making facilities in the room.Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet with good choices in all areas. Pool looked clean but didn't use it. Dinner menu had a good selection of dishes but again did not use."
