It was my 2nd stay at this hotel in Quanzhou, the front house staff were amazing, especially a member of staff called Kyle. Thank you for the human connection. The rooms where nice and clean, I was also given the opportunity to enjoy a late checkout as my flight back to Shanghai was early evening. There is a shipping mail next door to the hotel, it’s perfect. The breakfast selection was good, lots of choices however I was not happy about being placed in a segregated corner in the restaurant on the 5th floor away from the local people because of not being local. For an international hotel I was highly disappointed by this kind of xenophobia treatment. I came across 2 managers at breakfast, 1 was a gentleman and very polite and the other named Jack, speaking in local dialect of which I can understand, thought I came in from Guangzhou, what made him think that?? I’ve lived in Shanghai for many years and from England, it was an automatic assumption that was very unprofessional. I had to tell the manager not to be scared of foreigners. Why should I have to say that in an international hotel. Apart from this bad review, maybe if I was another race, it would of been a smooth business stay at the intercontinental.

Good stay and convenient location for food and some shopping. Love the vibe too. The most amazing part is when we depart to xiamen from quanzhou. We had too many luggages and worried that we cannot fit in a sedan but cannot get a 7 seater. The reception used their own account to help us book as we only have 1 alipay account. The drama was drastic but was made easy by the receptionist. Special thanks to them. They even offered the hotel wechat for us to connect to make sure we can reach xiamen safely.

I came to Quanzhou and stayed at the Ibis Styles Hotel (Quanzhou Wanda Quanxiu Road) in Fengze District for one night. Due to the lack of air conditioning facilities in the hotel, the sound of a room was originally scheduled to be loud, affecting sleep. Under all kinds of negotiations, the store manager was asked to solve the injury at night. He worked hard. It shows that the attitude and ability of the staff below the store manager is lacking. The things that can be solved quickly are delayed, and finally cause their respective losses to be expanded. This is expected to be improved. After all, it is the service industry. Other hotels such as breakfast and transportation can be and convenient. Although they are in trouble, Finally, the store manager gave a solution, or satisfied.

The service is first-class, the room is comfortable, and the management staff is very attentive to upgrade the room type, especially the handsome and sunny young man named Yang at the front desk. He helped me contact the courier to send the missing items. It is very good. I will come to Quanzhou again!

Ten years of experience and philosophy tell us that business travel accommodation should be simple, clean and hygienic, that’s right. The breakfast at Jinjiang's is not very rich, but it is healthy and healthy. The young man who stayed at the Quanzhou Passenger Transport Center store today also gave me a breakfast. I stayed at this hotel for the first time in Quanzhou. The lobby of the hotel is not big, but it is clean and well-equipped. There are free freshly ground coffee machine, health tea, washer dryer and gym. The room is small, worthy of the price. The location of the hotel is in the new district of Quanzhou. It is still very lively to walk three hundred meters on the left hand side. It takes 20 minutes to take a taxi from the old city. On the first day, I stayed in a twin room and then moved to a suite. The price during the ”May 1st” holiday was very beautiful. There is also a swing in the room.

Excellent hotel. It gets everything right. Welcoming, easy check in, comfortable and spacious rooms, clean (which for a large hotel with such high occupancy is the clearest way to see that it is a very well managed hotel!) and a full, delicious breakfast buffet with healthy choices. I’ve stayed there several times and think there must be a new manager because the post Covid version is especially good. A shopping area adjacent to the hotel offers a good place to wander. I’m a Hilton Diamond member but chose to stay at the Wanda Vista when I’m in Quanzhou.

New renovation has given it a much modern touch and comfort feeling. Front desk reception remains exceptional as in the past. The only one complaint is the lighting brightness in the bathroom above the facial sink - totally inadequate to support a proper shaving - needs to be brighter so that guest could see their own faces. Otherwise, everything is what it takes to be a top rated hotel.

The parking ticket when we checked out showed only We can use it once and we have already used it. We paid the parking fee ourselves. Later, I contacted the hotel to ask if it could be reimbursed. Dongmei at the front desk handled it for me very efficiently and reimbursed it.
