We REALLY enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very polite, helpful and hardworking! There's the nice note in the hotel room with some snacks. Room also had several travel reference guides with lots of pictures. Great for last minute planning! Receptionists were very kind when answering some rather silly questions, haha. We only stayed one night, the next day it was different staff. I had asked them for the name of the staff member who check us in, so here's a shout out to ”小莲” ”Little Lotus” Thanks for your help! Highly recommend anyone to stay here! 5/5

I spent 3 nights here, and the overall experience was not pleasant. When I arrived the first day, the front desk gave me a room that was not livable. It was so close to the next building (see photos). I requested to have the room changed for the second night. The manager upgraded to a better room. However, I wanted to try the spa using the coupon from the hotel. The spa manager said this coupon is only good for spending 980 or more, but it wasn't said anywhere in the coupon. Then, I wanted to use Dianping. She said they no longer honor Dianping. This hotel accepts large group tour, the tour girl was yelling at the lobby using an amplified speaker, which is very unprofessional at a 5 star hotel. The third night was the most expensive. She said she would honor the ctrip price but charge me 100 more. I don't understand why it is so difficult to be honest. The breakfast was good, the service was friendly but not honest, if you are not 100% alert, you will pay more. The Japanese restaurant was not good, the eel wasn't fresh and the taste was decent.

We stayed at 2207 and also booked a room for my parents at 1519 that had lake view. Overall a great experience. The hotels in smaller cities in China often offer the best value and higher quality and larger rooms. Location is great except that the street in front is very busy and some taxi don’t want to take guests from the hotel because the entrance way costs 5 yuan. You need to explain that for guests the fee can be waived if you register the license plate with the lobby. However this isn’t really common practice so you wouldn’t think of it. Loved the buffet breakfast. Westerners are a rare sight these days (we haven’t seen one). My son who grew up in Canada (but looked Asian) really appreciated the western style breakfast while my family enjoyed Beijing flavored breakfast dishes. Wanda mall is next door so super convenient for dining and shopping! Top value if you come visit Quanzhou.

This trip to Chaoshan and Quanzhou, the last stop is Quanzhou 📍. I looked at a lot of hotel options online and finally chose Quanzhou Xiamen Airlines Hotel. Entering the hotel gives people a refreshing feeling. The reservation requires a quiet room on a high floor, and the hotel meets all the requirements. The service is particularly thoughtful and enthusiastic. The service staff will take the initiative to greet you when you enter the hotel. There is free self-service coffee and bottled water next to you when you check in. There will also be free self-service fresh fruits (good quality and variety), bottled water and snacks as soon as you come out of the elevator on the floor. There are small robots for room service. I especially recommend the hotel's rich breakfast variety, as well as local delicacies. The rice noodle soup is super delicious 😋 A bowl a day 🥣, bread and cakes are also recommended, but it's a pity that I didn't take many photos 📷. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and it must be a five-star rating!

Excellent service, it was a great stay. The employees assist with our taobao collections earnestly and answers to enquiries clearly. A few points to improve, We went as a family, would have been better if they had playgrounds for kids, could have provided a swimming cap (not aware of necessary) and the Aircon can be colder.

The front desk staff are very welcoming. When I checked in, I met the female manager of the hotel (sorry, I asked her last name but forgot her name) who introduced the hotel's facilities and services very enthusiastically. The room is small but very clean. There is no view outside the window but it is very quiet. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, the coffee is good, and many small items are thoughtfully prepared, such as paper towels, mosquito repellent, band-aids, etc. The hotel is nearly two kilometers away from Xintian City Plaza. It’s about 4 kilometers to West Street by taxi. The disadvantages are: the surrounding environment of the hotel is not very good, the breakfast is very simple and not delicious, and the chef in the restaurant is too talkative. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:30, and before we finished eating, he cleaned up in various ways, just like chasing away guests. So, there is no need to pay extra for breakfast.

We booked a space capsule and the owner was very nice. We upgraded to a king room when we checked in! Although the room facilities are simple, they are clean and there are no mosquitoes. Good location, very close to the clock tower. Take bus No. 3 or No. 17 from the train station, get off at Bell Tower Station, and walk about 370 meters. It only takes a few minutes to walk to West Street from the inn. Go out of the gate and walk 20 meters to the left to reach Mi Li. When checking out, hand your luggage to the front desk, continue to have enough fun in Quanzhou, come back to pick it up, and continue your trip to the next stop.
